Claims (8)
- 自動車のアクスルキャリアであって、繊維強化部材として形成され且つ少なくとも略面状の補強部材(1)を有し、当該補強部材が、それぞれ少なくとも略車両長手方向に延びる左側及び右側の単体キャリアとしての長手キャリアと、少なくとも略車両交差方向に延びる少なくとも一つの単体キャリアとしての横手キャリアとから構成されているアクスルキャリアの単体キャリアに固定されているアクスルキャリアにおいて、
前記補強部材(1)は、多層に構成され、下側及び上側のカバー層(11,17)の他に、前記カバー層(11,17)と同じように全面的に拡がる少なくとも一つの中間層(14)を備え、当該中間層の上方と下方とに、所定方向に向けられた繊維を有し、車両交差方向に測ったカバー層の幅寸法又は車両長手方向に測ったカバー層(11,17)の長さ寸法に対して幅狭の連続繊維帯(18)が組み入れられており、
前記連続繊維帯(18)は、少なくとも略矩形状の面状の前記補強部材(1)内に、少なくとも概ねその二つの対角線に沿ってアクスルキャリアの左側の長手キャリアからアクスルキャリアの右側の長手キャリアまで延在し且つそれにより交差する連続繊維帯(18a)を有していることと、
垂直方向に投影したときにアクスルキャリアの単体キャリアと少なくとも略一致する少なくとも一つの連続繊維帯(18c,18d)を前記補強部材(1)内に有していることと、の少なくともいずれかを特徴とするアクスルキャリア。 - 請求項1に記載のアクスルキャリアにおいて、
前記補強部材(1)のカバー層は、複数の単一層(11,12,16,17)から形成されていることを特徴とするアクスルキャリア。 - 請求項1または2に記載のアクスルキャリアにおいて、
前記補強部材(1)には、一つ又は複数の溝部(S)、及び/又は、一つ又は複数の局所的に厚みを増した構造、及び/又は、一つ又は複数のリブの形態の補強構造が設けられていることを特徴とするアクスルキャリア。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のアクスルキャリアにおいて、
前記補強部材(1)と他の部材との間の接続箇所には、間隙及び/又は腐食防止コーティングが設けられていることを特徴とするアクスルキャリア。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のアクスルキャリアにおいて、
前記補強部材(1)の道路に面した下面がグラスファイバのカバー層(11)を備えていることを特徴とするアクスルキャリア。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のアクスルキャリアにおいて、
前記補強部材(1)内には、粘弾性材料からなる層が設けられていることを特徴とするアクスルキャリア。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のアクスルキャリアにおいて、
他の一つ或いは複数の部材のための接続部材(40)、及び/又は、他の一つ或いは複数の部材のための受け機構が、補強部材(1)内に一体化されていることを特徴とするアクスルキャリア。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のアクスルキャリアにおいて、
炭素繊維、及び/又は、グラスファイバ、及び/又は、アラミド繊維、及び/又は、バサルト繊維を有する補強部材(1)を有することを特徴とするアクスルキャリア。
