Description
Claims (15)
- 電気自動車のバッテリー接触のためのロック状態確認機構であって、
端部ボルトと、感知ボルトと、検出ユニットを含み、
前記端部ボルトは、電極にロックされ、導電体が前記電極に接触し、
前記感知ボルトは、前記端部ボルトにロックされ、感知コンタクトが前記端部ボルトに接触し、前記感知ボルトが前記端部ボルトに嵌められると前記端部ボルトが変形され、前記端部ボルトの変形に応じて、ドラッグフォース(drag force)が発生して前記端部ボルトが固定され、
前記検出ユニットは、前記感知コンタクトと前記端部ボルトがロック状態にあるか否かを検出するように構成される、ロック状態確認機構。 - 前記端部ボルトは、ピンによって変形される、請求項1に記載のロック状態確認機構。
- 前記端部ボルトはテーパー構造を含み、前記テーパー構造はピンと接触する、請求項2に記載のロック状態確認機構。
- 前記ピンはスレッドを含む、請求項3に記載のロック状態確認機構。
- 前記検出ユニットは、前記感知コンタクトからの電圧信号が安定しているか否かの判断結果に応じて前記感知コンタクトと前期端部ボルトがロック状態にあるか否かを判断する、請求項1に記載のロック状態確認機構。
- 前記感知ボルトは絶縁材料からなる、請求項1に記載のロック状態確認機構。
- 前記感知ボルトと前記感知コンタクトの間に絶縁パッキングが配置される、請求項1に記載のロック状態確認機構。
- 前記感知ボルトと前記感知コンタクトは、互いに安全ロープを介して連結されている、請求項1に記載のロック状態確認機構。
- 電気自動車のバッテリー接触のためのロック状態確認機構であって、
端部ボルトと、感知ボルトと、制御ユニットを含み、
前記端部ボルトはバッテリーの電極に導電体をロックするように構成され、前記端部ボルトのヘッド部に内部スレッドが設けられ、前記端部ボルトのテール部に拡張部が設けられ、
前記感知ボルトは前記端部ボルトの内部スレッドに嵌められ、電圧センサーの感知コンタクトをロックし、
前記感知ボルトが前記端部ボルトの内部スレッドに嵌められる際に、前記感知ボルトによってピンが圧迫され、前記端部ボルトの拡張部を拡張させ、それに応じて前記端部ボルトと前記バッテリーの電極がロック状態にあることになり、
前記制御ユニットは、前記電圧センサーからの電圧信号を受信し、前記の電圧信号が安定しているか否かの判断結果に応じて前記端部ボルトと前記バッテリーの電極がロック状態にあるか否かを判断するように構成されているロック状態確認機構。 - 前記電圧信号が安定していない場合、前記バッテリーの電極はロック状態になっていなく、前記制御ユニットは、警告信号及び該電極の識別コードを車両コントローラに送信する、請求項9に記載のロック状態確認機構。
- 前記感知ボルトと前記電圧センサーの感知コンタクトとの間の接触領域に非導電性のコーティングが形成されている、請求項9に記載のロック状態確認機構。
- 前記感知ボルトは電気的に非導電性を有するものである、請求項9に記載のロック状態確認機構。
- 前記感知ボルト及び前記ピンは、一体型の構造に統合されて形成されているものである、請求項9に記載のロック状態確認機構。
- 前記電圧センサーは、前記電気自動車の振動を検出するための加速度計をさらに含む、請求項9に記載のロック状態確認機構。
- 前記電圧センサーは、前記電気自動車の振動を検出するためのジャイロスコープをさらに含む、請求項9に記載のロック状態確認機構。
