Claims (5)
- 車両の自動運転と手動運転とを切り替える運転制御部と、
車両に乗車した乗員から、乗員の運転適性に関する情報を読み取る読取部と、
前記運転制御部が自動運転から手動運転へ切り替える場合に、前記読取部の読取結果に基づいて、乗車中の乗員の中から運転に適した乗員を報知する報知部と、
を備えた乗員情報取得装置。 - 前記読取部は、運転免許の有無を含む個人情報、飲酒状態を示す情報、バイタル状態を示す情報、運転技能情報、運転履歴情報、運転公平性を示す情報、及び運転意志情報の少なくとも1つの乗員の運転適性に関する情報を読み取る請求項1に記載の乗員情報取得装置。
- 前記報知部は、前記読取部によって読み取った情報を予め定めた評価値を用いて評価することで運転に適した乗員を選定して報知する請求項1又は請求項2に記載の乗員情報取得装置。
- 車両に対する位置及び向きを各々変更可能な複数のシート各々の前記位置及び向きを各々検出する検出部を更に備え、
前記報知部が、前記運転制御部が自動運転から手動運転へ切り替える場合に、前記読取部の読取結果及び前記検出部の検出結果に基づいて、乗車中の乗員の中から運転に適した乗員を報知する請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の乗員情報取得装置。 - 請求項4に記載の乗員情報取得装置と、
前記複数のシートの前記位置及び向きを各々変更する変更部と、
前記報知部によって選定された運転に適した乗員が着座するシートが運転に適した位置及び向きになるように前記変更部を制御する制御部と、
を備えた車両制御システム。
