Claims (4)
- 電池と、
前記電池に並列に接続される第1のコンデンサと、
前記電池及び前記第1のコンデンサに接続される昇圧コンバータと、
前記昇圧コンバータに並列に接続される第2のコンデンサと、
前記昇圧コンバータ及び前記第2のコンデンサに並列に接続されるインバータと、
前記インバータに接続される負荷と、
前記電池の負側端子を前記第1のコンデンサ、前記昇圧コンバータ、前記第2のコンデンサ、前記インバータ、及び前記負荷の順に接続させる基準電位線と、
前記昇圧コンバータを構成する下アームスイッチング素子がショート故障した場合に、前記基準電位線上における、前記負側端子と前記第1のコンデンサとの間の第1位置及び前記昇圧コンバータと前記第2のコンデンサとの間の第2位置の切断とともに、前記第1位置と前記第2位置との間に経路形成され、前記負側端子を前記昇圧コンバータの前記下アームスイッチング素子をバイパスして前記インバータに接続させるバイパス経路と、
を備えることを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 前記バイパス経路は、前記下アームスイッチング素子がショート故障した場合に、前記基準電位線上における前記第2位置を含む位置の切断により経路形成されると共に、
前記基準電位線上における前記昇圧コンバータと前記第2位置との間に一端が接続され、前記昇圧コンバータに並列に接続される第3のコンデンサを備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電力変換装置。 - 前記負側端子を前記インバータに接続させる接続経路を、前記基準電位線と前記バイパス経路とで切り替える切替手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記下アームスイッチング素子がショート故障しているか否かを判別する故障判別手段と、
前記故障判別手段により前記下アームスイッチング素子がショート故障していると判別された場合に、前記切替手段に対して前記接続経路を前記バイパス経路に切り替える指令を行う切替制御手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項3記載の電力変換装置。
