蒸発装置(1)が、少なくとも二つの蒸発装置カセット(3,4)を有し、その際、蒸発装置カセット(3,4)の間に、一つの排ガスチャネル(15)が形成されており、そして各蒸発装置カセット(3,4)が、毛細管構造(8)と液体側(10)および蒸気側(11)を有し、その際、液体側(10)に、液体状の作動媒体(AM)のための媒体サプライ部(12、12a)が設けられており、そして各蒸発装置カセット(3,4)に、一つの蒸気収集部(13)が付設されていることを特徴とする自動車の熱交換器システム。 - 毛細管構造(8)が、多孔性のプレート筐体(9)により形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動車の熱交換器システム。
- 毛細管構造(8)が、焼結された材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の自動車の熱交換器システム。
- 毛細管構造(8)内に複数の蒸気チャネル(24)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の自動車の熱交換器システム。
- 蒸気チャネル(24)が、毛細管構造(8)の蒸気側(11)上に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の自動車の熱交換器システム。
- 蒸発装置カセット(3,4)が、液体側(10)に、液体状の作動媒体(AM)の為の分配室(23)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の自動車の熱交換器システム。
- 蒸発装置カセット(3,4)が、互いに接合された二つのシェル筐体(6,7)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の自動車の熱交換器システム。
- 少なくともシェル筐体(6,7)内に、少なくとも一つの条部(18,19)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の自動車の熱交換器システム。
- 条部が、周回するシール条部(18)の形式で、蒸発装置カセット(3,4)の液体側(10)を境界づけていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の自動車の熱交換器システム。
- 条部(19)が、媒体サプライ部(12,12a)の構成部材を形成することを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の自動車の熱交換器システム。
- 蒸発装置カセット(3,4)が、ハウジング(2)内に統合されていることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の自動車の熱交換器システム。
- 蒸発装置(1)に、媒体分配部(20)が付設されていることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の自動車の熱交換器システム。
- 排ガスチャネル(15)内に複数の熱交換器要素(16)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の自動車の熱交換器システム。
- 蒸発装置(1)と圧力調整容器の間に圧力調整のための手段が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の自動車の熱交換器システム。
- 蒸発装置(1)の前に作動媒体(AM)の為の圧力調整容器が接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の自動車の熱交換器システム。
- 蒸気側において、蒸発装置カセットのカセットハウジング内に複数の蒸気溝が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の自動車の熱交換器システム。
