Description
Claims (4)
- 完成積層体を形成する方法であって、
読取可能要素検出器を含むレイメント成形マシーンを用意することと、
少なくとも1つの読取可能要素が埋め込まれたレイメントを前記レイメント成形マシーンに供給することと、
前記レイメントに埋め込まれた前記少なくとも1つの読取可能要素を検出することにより、一体となった前記レイメントを前記レイメント成形マシーンに対し正確に位置決めすることによって、積層体を形成することと、
前記レイメント成形マシーンから前記積層体を取り除くことと、
読取可能要素検出器を含む硬化マンドレルを用意することと、
前記積層体を前記硬化マンドレルに送ることと、
前記積層体に埋め込まれた前記少なくとも1つの読取可能要素を検出することにより、前記積層体を前記硬化マンドレルに対し正確に位置決めすることと、
前記積層体を硬化することによって、完成積層体を形成すること、
を含む方法。 - 前記読取可能要素は、金属含有材料、有機金属含有材料、放射性物質含有材料、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される材料から形成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記読取可能要素は、近接センサー、超音波センサー、熱画像センサー、X線センサー、渦電流センサー、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される検出器によって検出される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記読取可能要素は、前記積層体を一義的に識別し、
前記読取可能要素を用いて、積層処理ステーションの下流において、さらなる処理、設置、および、部品識別を行うための前記積層体の正確且つ所望の位置決めを行う、請求項1に記載の方法。
