Description
・ レールと摺動機構とを別個に設ける必要がなくなるので、支持構造が従来の構造より単純かつ軽量である。

・ 各ウイングを折り畳んでロックすることによって、据え置き型フィーダホッパーのウイング構造を作動フェーズから離脱させることができる。
Claims (8)
- フレーム(12)と、
前記フレームに枢着される本体(13)を有する原料処理装置(10)と、
前記原料処理装置(10)のための原料を送り込むためのフィーダ(11)と、
を備える原料処理設備において、
第1の枢支点(24)と、該第1の枢支点(24)に対して第1の距離隔てて設けられる第2の枢支点(25)とを有する第1の枢動支持アーム(23)を備える第1の連結手段であって、前記フィーダ(11)の第1の端部を動かすべく、前記第1の枢支点(24)は前記フィーダ(11)の第1の端部に接続されると共に前記第2の枢支点(25)は前記原料処理設備の前記フレーム(12)に接続される、第1の連結手段と、
第3の枢支点(19)と、該第3の枢支点(19)に対して第2の距離隔てて設けられる第4の枢支点(18)とを有する第2の枢動支持アーム(17)を備える第2の連結手段であって、前記フィーダの第2の端部を動かすべく、前記第3の枢支点(19)は前記フィーダ(11)の第2の端部に接続されると共に前記第4の枢支点(18)は前記原料処理装置(10)の前記本体(13)に接続される第2の連結手段と、
前記フィーダ(11)を第1の状態と第2の状態との間で動かすためのアクチュエータ(22)と、
を更に備え、ただし前記第1の状態は前記原料処理設備の輸送状態であり、前記第2の状態は前記原料処理設備の作動状態である、原料処理設備。 - 前記第2の連結手段は、前記フィーダ(11)と前記原料処理装置(10)とに対して前記第1の状態と前記第2の状態との間で動かされるべく配され、
前記第1の状態において、前記第3の枢支点(19)および前記第4の枢支点(18)は互いに対してほぼ水平面の方向に位置し、
前記第2の状態において、前記第3の枢支点(19)および前記第4の枢支点(18)は互いに対してほぼ鉛直面の方向に位置し、ただし前記第3の枢支点(19)は前記第4の枢支点(18)よりも上側に位置する、
請求項1に記載の原料処理設備。 - 前記第2の連結手段は、前記フィーダ(11)と前記原料処理装置(10)とに対して前記第1の状態と前記第2の状態との間で動かされるべく配され、
前記第1の状態において、前記第3の枢支点(19)は、水平面を基準に見ると、前記第4の枢支点(18)の下方に位置付けられ、
前記第2の状態において、前記第3の枢支点(19)は、前記フィーダ(11)が前記原料処理装置(10)の上側に位置するように、前記水平面を基準に見ると、前記第4の枢支点(18)の上方に位置付けられる、請求項1に記載の原料処理設備。 - 前記第2の枢動支持アーム(17)を前記第1の状態と前記第2の状態との間で動かすために、前記アクチュエータ(22)は、前記原料処理装置(10)の前記本体(13)と前記第2の枢動支持アーム(17)のフィーダ側端部とに枢着される、請求項2に記載の原料処理設備。
- 前記第2の枢動支持アーム(17)を前記第1の状態と前記第2の状態との間で動かすために、前記アクチュエータ(22)は、前記フィーダ(11)と前記第2の枢動支持アーム(17)の処理装置側端部とに枢着される、請求項2に記載の原料処理設備。
- 前記アクチュエータ(22)は、電気シリンダ、油圧シリンダ、空気シリンダのうちの1つである、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の原料処理設備。
- 前記第2の枢動支持アーム(17)は、前記第1の状態において前記フィーダ(11)の重量を水平方向において支えるように前記本体(13)に接触し、前記フィーダ(11)を前記本体(13)に対して静止せしめる第1の支持面(43)と、前記第2の状態において前記フィーダ(11)の重量を鉛直方向において支えるように前記本体に接触し、前記フィーダ(11)を前記本体(13)に対して静止せしめる第2の支持面(42)とを備え
る、請求項2に記載の原料処理設備。 - 前記原料処理設備は、
前記原料処理装置(10)に接続される第5の枢支点(15)と、
前記原料処理設備の前記フレームに接続される第6の枢支点(16)と
が設けられた第3の支持アーム(14)を有する第3の連結手段を備え、前記第3の支持アーム(14)は長さが可変である、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の原料処理設備。
