Description
これにより、凹部の底面から突起部の根元までの金属部品の一部である壁体の厚みを十分に確保し、突起部の近傍の機械的強度を高い状態で確保することが可能となる。
すなわち、突起部の材料の供給源となる凹部を、板状部材における上記突起部の形成面側に備えることで、板状部材における上記突起部の形成面と反対側の面では、上記突起部を形成することに伴う形状変化を十分に小さくすることができる。
すなわち、上記金属部品と上記組み付け用部品である電極端子とガスケットとを組み付ける際に、上記組み付け用部品の貫通孔に嵌入した上記突起部の筒形状部をかしめて固定する。
本実施の形態では、突起を備える金属部品を筐体の一部として備える蓄電素子を主として示している。
図1及び図2に示すように、本実施の形態の蓄電素子100は、有底筒状(より具体的には有底矩形筒状)の缶体1と、缶体1の開放面を塞ぐ金属部品である蓋板2とで構成される筐体101を備えている。本実施の形態の場合、缶体1と蓋板2とは溶接により密封状態で接合されている。
以下、本発明の別実施形態を列記する。
なお、プレス加工によって上記態様の突起部2bを形成するには、突起部2bを構成する材料を蓋板2の全体にわたって一様に集めてくるために、プレス加工のプレス回数を増やす等すれば良い。

Claims (18)
- 金属製の板状部材の板面から起立する突起部を有する金属部品を筐体の一部として備える蓄電素子であって、
前記突起部は、
前記板面と交差する方向である起立方向における先端側に配置される筒形状の筒形状部と、
前記起立方向で前記金属部品の前記板面から前記筒形状部に至る範囲に配置される、中実の柱状、又は、前記筒形状部の壁厚よりも厚い壁厚を有する筒状の台座部とを備え、
前記板状部材は、前記筐体の蓋板であり、前記突起部と一体物である
蓄電素子。 - 前記台座部と前記筒形状部との外形が一致し、前記台座部と前記筒形状部との中心軸が一致する請求項1記載の蓄電素子。
- 前記起立方向において、前記突起部の壁厚が、前記突起部の基端側から先端側に向けて漸減する状態で形成されている請求項1記載の蓄電素子。
- 前記金属部品における前記突起部の形成面と反対側の面に形成され、起立方向視で前記突起部の形成位置と重複する位置に形成される有底の凹部を備える請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電素子。
- 前記凹部の底面が、前記金属部品における前記突起部の形成面よりも前記起立方向先端側に位置する請求項4記載の蓄電素子。
- 前記凹部が、前記起立方向視において、前記突起部の形成範囲よりも広い範囲で形成されている請求項4記載の蓄電素子。
- 前記凹部の深さは、前記金属部品の板厚の半分未満である請求項4記載の蓄電素子。
- 前記筒形状部の壁厚が、前記突起部の基端側から先端側に向けて漸減する請求項1記載
の蓄電素子。 - 前記金属部品における前記突起部の形成面側には、有底の凹部が設けられる請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電素子。
- 前記突起部は、電極端子と前記金属部品との間に配置されるガスケットと係合する請求項1記載の蓄電素子。
- 前記突起部を前記ガスケットに備えられる貫通孔に嵌入させた状態で、前記突起部の前記筒形状部がかしめられている請求項10記載の蓄電素子。
- 前記ガスケットは、前記貫通孔の内方に、かしめられた前記筒形状部と係合する前記貫通孔の外方に向かうほど徐々に前記金属部品の板面から遠ざかる傾斜した傾斜面を備える請求項11記載の蓄電素子。
- 前記傾斜面は、前記台座部より前記金属部品の板面から遠い位置に配置される請求項12記載の蓄電素子。
- さらに、前記金属部品を貫通するリベットを有する
請求項10〜13のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記突起部及び前記リベットは、前記ガスケットに対して挿通した状態でかしめられている
請求項14に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記板状部材及び前記突起部は、塑性加工物である
請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電素子。 - 金属製の板状部材の板面から起立する突起部を有する金属部品を筐体の蓋板として備える蓄電素子の製造方法であって、
前記板面と交差する方向である起立方向における先端側に配置される筒形状の筒形状部と、前記起立方向で、前記金属部品の前記板面から前記筒形状部に至る範囲に配置される、中実の柱状、又は、前記筒形状部の壁厚よりも厚い壁厚を有する筒状の台座部とを有する前記突起部を、前記板状部材にプレス加工にて一体物として加工形成する蓄電素子の製造方法。 - 前記突起部を、電極端子と前記金属部品との間に配置されるガスケットとに設けられる貫通孔に嵌入させた状態で、前記突起部の前記筒形状部をかしめる請求項17記載の蓄電素子の製造方法。
