Description
実施例1〜4、比較例1、2の吸音材を恒温槽へ投入し、JIS C 0021(C 60068−2−2)「環境試験方法−電気・電子−高温(耐熱性)−試験方法」に準拠して100℃24Hrの熱処理を行った。その後、それら吸音材を恒温槽から取り出して常温に冷めるまで放置した後、JIS L 1913「一般不織布試験方法」に準拠して恒温槽投入前後の厚みを計測した。その結果を表1に示す。
実施例1〜4、比較例1、2の各吸音材について、残響室法吸音率を測定して吸音性能を評価した。吸音率の測定結果を表2に示す。残響室法吸音率の具体的な試験方法は以下の通りである。
S:試料の面積(m2)
A:等価吸音面積(m2)であり、下記の(2)式により求めた。
A=55.3V/c・[1/Τ2−1/Τ1]・・・(2)
V:試料を入れない状態における残響室の容積(m3)
c:空気中の音速(m/s)
Τ1:試料を入れない状態における残響室の残響時間(s)
Τ2:試料を入れた状態における残響室の残響時間(s)
SAE J2192「Recommended Testing Methods for Physical Protection of Wiring Harnesses」に準拠し、実施例1〜4、比較例1、3の各吸音材について擦れ音の低減性能を評価した。各実施例及び比較例の吸音材の寸法は200mm×50mmとした。騒音計の計測条件はLAmax特性にて3秒間とし、算出されたオーバーオール値(O.A.値)を数値比較した。また、周囲の騒音を拾わない様、遮音箱を設置し、遮音箱内において測定を実施した。

Claims (9)
- 第一の繊維と、繊維を構成する全ての成分の融点が前記第一の繊維の融点よりも低い第二の繊維と、を含む不織布を備える吸音材であって、
前記不織布における前記第二の繊維の配合率は5〜50質量%であり、
前記不織布は、前記第二の繊維が溶融することにより、厚みが増大することを特徴とする吸音材。 - 前記不織布は、前記第二の繊維が溶融することにより、厚みが10%以上増大することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸音材。
- 前記不織布は、目付が50〜400g/m 2 、厚みが5〜20mmであることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の吸音材。
- 前記第二の繊維の融点が120℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の吸音材。
- 前記第二の繊維の融点が80℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の吸音材。
- 前記第二の繊維の繊維径が、4〜100μmであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の吸音材。
- 前記第一の繊維と前記第二の繊維とが同種の熱可塑性樹脂繊維からなることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の吸音材。
- ワイヤーハーネスの少なくとも一部と、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の吸音材とが一体化されていることを特徴とする吸音材付きワイヤーハーネス。
- 前記ワイヤーハーネスの少なくとも一部が複数枚の前記吸音材に挟まれることにより、前記吸音材と前記ワイヤーハーネスとが一体化されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の吸音材付きワイヤーハーネス。
