Claims (8)
- 加圧状態の供給源からシステムへの流体の供給を制御する装置であって、加圧状態の流体のための供給入口(4)と、加圧状態の前記流体のための吐出出口(6)と、前記供給入口(4)と前記吐出出口(6)とを接続するリーミング孔(11,111)とを有し、前記吐出出口が所定の断面積を有し、さらに、前記リーミング孔(11,111)の中で自由に摺動するように設置されて、リーミング孔(11,111)に形成されたバルブシート(12,212)と閉鎖状態で当接するプラグ(10,210)を有するバルブ(8,208)を有し、前記バルブ(8,208)が、前記プラグが前記バルブシート(12,212)から離間する第1段階の後に複数の開放状態を有し、各開放状態が異なる流体圧力値範囲に対応し、各開放状態の前記プラグ(10,210)と前記リーミング孔(11,111)との間の断面積が他の状態の断面積と異なり、前記開放状態の少なくとも一つが、前記吐出出口での流体流量を調整するような断面積を有して、前記開放状態の少なくとも一つが、前記吐出出口(6)の断面積により流量が調整されるような断面積を有し、
前記リーミング孔(11,111)が、前記バルブシート(12,212)を形成する第1部分(11.1,111.1)と、前記吐出出口(6)の断面積より小さい断面積を前記プラグとともに画定する少なくとも一つの第2部分(11.2,111.2)と、前記吐出出口(6)の断面積より大きい断面積を前記プラグとともに画定する第3部分(11.3,111.3)とを有し、前記第1、第2、および第3部分が前記流体流動方向に沿って前出の順序で配設される、制御装置。 - 前記吐出出口の断面積により流量が調整されるような断面積を持つ前記開放状態が、前記圧力値範囲が最高圧力値を含む開放状態である、請求項1に記載の制御装置。
- 前記リーミング孔(11,111)が、前記バルブシート(12,212)から始まり流体流動方向に沿って増加する断面積を有する、請求項1または2に記載の制御装置。
- 前記リーミング孔が複数の第2部分を有し、前記第2部分が、前記流動方向に沿って増加する断面積を前記プラグとともに画定するように前記流体流動方向に沿って配設される、請求項3に記載の制御装置。
- 前記第2部分(11.2)が円筒形部分を有して前記第3部分がテーパ状部分を有する、請求項3または4に記載の制御装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの第2部分(111.2)が前記プラグ(10)とともに可変断面積を画定する、請求項3または4に記載の制御装置。
- 前記制御装置は1つまたは複数の冷却スプレージェットへの流体の供給を制御するように構成されている、少なくとも一つの前記冷却スプレージェットと請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の前記制御装置とを有する内燃エンジンの少なくとも一つのピストンのための冷却システム。
- 前記制御装置がスプレージェットの本体に含まれ、前記吐出出口が前記スプレージェットの自由端部により形成される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の制御装置を有する内燃エンジンのピストンのための制御スプレージェット。
