Claims (9)
- 電動自動車(10)用の取付けフレーム(20)であって、該取付けフレーム(20)が車輪(14)が取り付けられている支持フレーム(12)に固定されるものにおいて、前記自動車(10)の長手方向(18)に向けられ長手方向軸線(16)に対して平行に延在すると共に離間配置されている2つの長手方向ビーム(30、32)と、前記自動車(10)を駆動させるための、前記長手方向ビーム(30、32)に取り付けられた電気駆動ユニット(22)とを備え、
前記長手方向ビーム(30、32)が、前記長手方向(18)で外方向に開いたフレーム構成を形成し、取付けフレーム(20)がさらに、曲げ剛性を有する中空体(28)を有し、前記中空体(28)が、前記長手方向ビーム(30、32)の間に配置され、前記長手方向ビーム(30、32)に機械的に固定接続されて、閉じたフレーム区域を形成すると共に、
前記中空体(28)が、前記長手方向(18)で前記電気駆動ユニット(22)に対して外方向にずらされ、
前記中空体(28)と前記電気駆動ユニット(22)との間に配置された取付部材(42)を更に含み、
前記取付部材(42)が、前記電気駆動ユニット(22)に向いた凹曲面を有し、
更に、前記中空体(28)内に補剛ストラット(68)が形成されている、ことを特徴とする取付けフレーム(20)。 - 前記中空体(28)が、接続手段(36)によって前記長手方向ビーム(30、32)に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の取付けフレーム。
- 前記駆動ユニット(22)に電気エネルギーを供給するための電気エネルギー貯蔵装置(40)が、前記長手方向ビーム(30、32)に取り付けられ、前記中空体(28)が、前記長手方向(18)で前記電気エネルギー貯蔵装置(40)に対して外方向にずらされるように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の取付けフレーム。
- 前記補剛ストラット(68)が、取付点(70)から延びて前記中空体(28)内に放射状に延在し、前記取付点(70)で、前記中空体(28)が、前記長手方向ビーム(30、32)の一方に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の取付けフレーム。
- 前記取付部材(42)が、プラスチックから形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の取付けフレーム。
- 前記取付部材(42)が、金属から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の取付けフレーム。
- 前記取付部材(42)が、ハニカム構造を有することを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の取付けフレーム。
- 前記電動自動車(10)の電気構成要素が、前記中空体(28)内に収納されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の取付けフレーム。
- 前記中空体(28)が、閉じた中空体(28)の形態であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の取付けフレーム
