Description
Claims (12)
- 多軸骨アンカー固定装置であって、
骨にアンカー固定されるシャンク(2)および頭部(3)を有する骨アンカー固定要素(1)と、
前記シャンクに結合され、前記頭部を回動可能に受けるように構成される受け部(5)とを備え、前記受け部は、ロッド(6)を受けるためのチャネル(56)および中心軸(C)を有し、前記多軸骨アンカー固定装置は、さらに、
前記受け部内に配置され、前記受け部において前記頭部を固着するために前記頭部に圧力を掛けるように構成される加圧部材(7)と、
前記チャネルに挿入可能な固着部材(8、8′)とを備え、前記固着部材は、上端部(81)および前記加圧部材に面する底端部(82)を含み、前記多軸骨アンカー固定装置はさらに、
前記底端部に設けられる、変形可能な第1の部分(85、85′)と、第2の部分(84、84′)とを備え、
前記変形可能な第1の部分(85、85′)は、変形していない構成において、前記第2の部分(84)よりも軸方向に外側へ突き出ており、前記変形可能な第1の部分(85、85′)は、前記加圧部材(7)に向かって開いている傾斜角をなすように傾けられており、
前記固着部材が前記中心軸(C)の方向に前記チャネルの中を進むと、前記変形可能な第1の部分(85、85′)は、最初に前記加圧部材(7)に接触し、前記固着部材(8、8′)の前記上端部(81)の方向に向かって曲がることにより変形して、前記頭部を締める前記加圧部材にかかる負荷をもたらし、
前記第2の部分(84)は、その後、前記ロッドに接触し、前記ロッドを締め、

8)の一体型区画である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨アンカー固定装置。 - 前記変形可能な第1の部分(85′)および前記第2の部分(84′)は、共に接続される別々の部品である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨アンカー固定装置。
- 前記変形可能な第1の部分(85、85′)は、輪状である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨アンカー固定装置。
- 前記加圧部材(7)は、前記ロッドを受けるためのチャネル(73)を備え、前記ロッドが前記チャネルに着座すると、前記チャネルの側壁は、前記ロッドの表面の上方を越えて延びる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨アンカー固定装置。
- 前記加圧部材(7)は、上端部と、底端部と、前記上端部にある前記ロッドを受けるためのU字型凹部(73)と、2つの開いた脚部とを有する実質的に円筒形の部品である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨アンカー固定装置。
- 前記変形可能な部分に接触する、前記加圧部材の端部表面(71a)は、前記変形可能な部分が変形する長さの少なくとも一部にわたって、前記変形可能な第1の部分(85、85′)のための当接部を形成するような大きさを有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨アンカー固定装置。
- 前記受け部(5)は、上端部(51)と、底端部(52)と、前記上端部から前記底端部に延びるボア(53)とを備え、前記ロッドのための前記チャネルは、実質的にU字型の断面を有する、前記上端部と隣接する凹部(56)によって形成される、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨アンカー固定装置。
- 前記凹部(56)によって2つの開いた脚部(57,58)が形成され、前記脚部に設けられた雌ねじ(59)は、前記固着部材(8)の雄ねじ(93)と協働する、請求項10に記載の多軸骨アンカー固定装置。
- 前記固着部材(8、8′)は、止めねじである、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨アンカー固定装置。
