Claims (3)
- 動力作業機(1)の動力源となるエンジン(E)に連動連結されると共にブレーキ機構(B)により制動可能な動力作業機用回転電機であって、
エンジン本体(Em)に固定されるステータ(S)と、そのステータ(S)を囲繞する筒部(Yc)の一端に底壁部(Yb)を連ねて有底円筒状に形成され且つエンジン(E)のクランク軸(5)に結合されるヨーク(Y)と、そのヨーク(Y)の筒部(Yc)内周面に固着されて前記ステータ(S)と対向する磁石(M)と、前記ヨーク(Y)を被覆する有底円筒状のカバー(C)とを備え、
前記カバー(C)は、前記ヨーク(Y)の筒部(Yc)外周面を環状空隙(20)を挟んで同心状に囲繞し且つ前記ブレーキ機構(B)のブレーキシュー(Bs)が外周面に圧接可能なカバー筒部(Cc)と、そのカバー筒部(Cc)の一端に連なり前記ヨーク(Y)の底壁部(Yb)に結合されるカバー底壁部(Cb)とを有しており、
前記ヨーク(Y)の底壁部(Yb)と前記カバー底壁部(Cb)との間には、前記環状空隙(20)に通じる通風間隙(21)が形成されると共に、その通風間隙(21)をヨーク(Y)外に連通させる通風孔(hy,hc)が、前記ヨーク(Y)の底壁部(Yb)及び前記カバー底壁部(Cb)に穿設されることを特徴とする動力作業機用回転電機。 - 前記カバー底壁部(Cb)の外面には、前記環状空隙(20)、前記通風間隙(21)及び前記通風孔(hy,hc)内に冷却風を強制流通させる冷却ファン(F)が結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の動力作業機用回転電機。
- 前記ヨーク(Y)の底壁部(Yb)と前記カバー底壁部(Cb)との間は、その間にハブ(H)を挟むようにして結合され、そのハブ(H)が一体に有するボス部(Hb)が前記クランク軸(5)に結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の動力作業機用回転電機。
