Description
Claims (6)
- エンジン(E)および有段式の変速機(TM)を備えるパワーユニット(P)に適用されると共に、前記変速機(TM)の変速時に燃料噴射装置(11)の燃料カット制御を実施する燃料カット制御部(3)と、前記変速機(TM)の変速状態を判定する変速状態検知部(7)とを有する燃料噴射制御装置において、
前記燃料カット制御部(3)が、前記変速状態検知部(7)で検出される変速状態に応じて、前記燃料カット制御を終了するか否かの判定しきい値を変更するように構成されており、
前記変速機(TM)が、ダボとダボ孔からなるドグクラッチの断接により複数の変速ギヤ対(G1〜G5,GR)から任意の1組を選択するドグクラッチ式変速機であり、
前記変速状態は、変速時に前記ダボが変速ギヤの側壁に当たる状態が継続されるダボ当たり時間(Td1,Td2)の長さであることを特徴とする燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記変速機(TM)のシフトドラム(70)の回動角度を検知するシフトドラムポジションセンサ(87)と、
前記シフトドラム(70)を回動させるシフトスピンドル(82)の回動角度を検知するシフトスピンドルポジションセンサ(88)とを備え、
前記ダボ当たり状態にあるか否かの判定は、前記シフトドラムポジションセンサ(87)の出力信号と前記シフトスピンドルポジションセンサ(88)の出力信号との比較によって行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記燃料カット制御を終了するか否かの判定しきい値は、現在のエンジン回転数(Ne)とシフトアップ変速後のギヤにおける目標エンジン回転数(NeN)との回転数差(ΔNe)であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 前記ダボ当たり時間(Td2)が長い場合には、前記ダボ当たり時間(Td1)が短い場合に比して、前記回転数差(ΔNeA,ΔNeB)を小さく設定することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 前記燃料カット制御部(3)は、前記ダボ当たり時間(Td1,Td2)が予め設定した最大ダボ当たり時間(Tc)を超えることで、前記ダボ当たり時間(Td2)が長いと判定することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 前記燃料カット制御部(3)は、燃料カット制御を開始してからの継続時間が予め設定した最短カット時間(Ta)を超えた場合に、前記ダボ当たり状態か否かを判定し、前記回転数差(ΔNe)以下でダボ当たり状態でない場合に前記燃料カット制御を終了することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
