上記実施形態のいずれかに対して代替的または追加的に、圧力センサの遠位端が、曲げられたポジションにおいて管状部材の内側表面に接触しない。

Claims (14)
- 管腔が貫通して延びる長尺状管状部材を含むガイドワイヤと、
該管腔内で長手方向に延びる光ファイバの遠位端で取り付けられ、かつ、該管状部材の遠位部内に配置された、光圧力センサと、からなり、
同光圧力センサは、センサ・ヘッド、および同センサ・ヘッドの遠位端に配置される圧力感知膜を備え、
該圧力センサは、接触部材と該管状部材の内側表面との間の接触点を提供することができる前記センサ・ヘッドに結合される該接触部材をさらに備え、該接触点は、該圧力感知膜から軸方向および径方向外側に離間され、
前記管状部材が、概ね真っ直ぐにされたポジションに配置されると、前記接触部材は、前記管状部材の前記内側表面から径方向に離間される、圧力検知医療デバイス。 - 前記遠位部内で前記管状部材に前記光ファイバを固定的に取り付ける、前記圧力センサから近位方向に離間された少なくとも1つの取付け部材を備える、請求項1に記載の圧力検知医療デバイス。
- 前記接触部材が、前記圧力センサの周りに配置される、請求項1または2に記載の圧力検知医療デバイス。
- 前記接触部材が、前記圧力センサから外側へ延在する、請求項1乃至3のうちのいずれか1項に記載の圧力検知医療デバイス。
- 前記接触部材が、単一の一体構造の材料片から前記圧力センサと一体化して形成される、請求項1乃至4のうちのいずれか1項に記載の圧力検知医療デバイス。
- 前記接触部材が、前記圧力センサの前記遠位端に隣接する段部として形成される、請求項5に記載の圧力検知医療デバイス。
- 前記接触部材が、1つまたは複数の突起として形成される、請求項5に記載の圧力検知医療デバイス。
- 前記接触部材が、前記接触点から遠位方向に前記圧力センサの前記遠位端に向かう内方テーパ部として形成される、請求項5に記載の圧力検知医療デバイス。
- 前記内方テーパ部が、45度より小さい前記圧力センサの長手方向軸との角度を形成する、請求項8に記載の圧力検知医療デバイス。
- 前記内方テーパ部が、45度より大きい前記圧力センサの長手方向軸との角度を形成する、請求項8に記載の圧力検知医療デバイス。
- 前記接触部材が、前記圧力センサとは別個に形成され、その後に前記圧力センサに固定的に取り付けられる、請求項1乃至4のうちのいずれか1項に記載の圧力検知医療デバイス。
