Description
本発明の目的は、改善した熱放射反射コーティングを有する板ガラスであって、熱放射反射コーティングが、可視スペクトル領域の、板ガラスの透過率を抑える、板ガラスを提供することにある。コーティングは、耐腐食性とすべきでもあり、板ガラスのベンディングおよびプレストレッシング中に損傷を受けてはならない。さらに、板ガラスを製造する方法が提供される。
・1つの下部誘電体層、
・少なくとも1種の透明導電性酸化物を含有する、1つの機能層および
・1つの上部誘電体層
を含み、少なくとも1つの黒化層が、下部誘電体層の下、下部誘電体層と機能層との間、機能層と上部誘電体層との間および/または上部誘電体層の上に配置されており、
黒化層が、融点1900℃超および比抵抗500μオーム*cm未満の少なくとも1種の金属、1種の金属窒化物および/または1種の金属炭化物を含有する。
・1つの下部誘電体層、
・下部誘電体層の上に、少なくとも1種の透明導電性酸化物(TCO)を含有する1つの機能層および
・機能層の上に、1つの上部誘電体層
を示されている順で基材の側から含む。その上、コーティングは、本発明による少なくとも1つの黒化層を含む。
・下部誘電体層として1つの接着剤層、
・接着剤層の上に、1つの機能層、
・機能層の上に、上部誘電体層として、酸素の拡散を調節するための、1つのバリア層および
・バリア層の上に、1つの反射防止層を含む。
(a)1つの下部誘電体層、
(b)少なくとも1種の透明導電性酸化物(TCO)を含有する、1つの機能層および
(c)1つの上部誘電体層
が基材に連続して適用され、その上、プロセスのステップ(a)の前、プロセスのステップ(a)と(b)との間、プロセスのステップ(b)と(c)との間および/またはプロセスのステップ(c)の後に、融点1900℃超および比抵抗500μオーム*cm未満の少なくとも1種の金属、1種の金属窒化物および/または1種の金属炭化物を含有する、少なくとも1つの黒化層が適用される、熱放射反射コーティングを有する板ガラスを製造する方法をさらに含む。
比較例は、本発明による実施例とは熱放射反射コーティング2で異なる。コーティングは、実施例のように、下部誘電体層3、機能層4、上部誘電体層5および反射防止層6を含んでいた。しかし、コーティングは、本発明による黒化層10を含んでいなかった。その代わりに、各コーティングは、本発明に従った黒化層の要件を満たしていない材料でできている2つの層を有していた(対応する融点TSおよび特定の導電性ρが要約されている表5を参照されたい。)。

Claims (33)
- 基材(1)および基材(1)のうちの少なくとも1方の表面上の少なくとも1つの熱放射反射コーティング(2)を含む、熱放射反射コーティングを有する板ガラスであって、コーティング(2)が、基材(1)の側から、少なくとも、
・1つの下部誘電体層(3)、
・少なくとも1種の透明導電性酸化物を含有する、1つの機能層(4)および
・1つの上部誘電体層(5)
を含み、少なくとも1つの黒化層(10)が、下部誘電体層(3)と機能層(4)との間、または機能層(4)と上部誘電体層(5)との間または下部誘電体層(3)と機能層(4)との間および機能層(4)と上部誘電体層(5)との間の両方に配置されており、
黒化層(10)が、融点1900℃超および比抵抗500μオーム*cm未満の少なくとも1種の金属、1種の金属窒化物および/または1種の金属炭化物を含有し、
黒化層(10)の厚さが2nmから50nmである、
板ガラス。 - 外部環境から内部空間が隔離され、コーティング(2)が基材(1)の内側表面に配置されている、請求項1に記載の板ガラス。
- 25%未満の可視スペクトル領域の透過率を有する、請求項1または2に記載の板ガラス。
- 基材(1)が15%未満の可視スペクトル領域の透過率を有し、熱放射反射コーティング(2)を有する板ガラスが10%未満の透過率を有する、請求項1から3の一項に記載の板ガラス。
- 黒化層(10)の厚さが5nmから40nmである、請求項1から4の一項に記載の板ガラス。
- 黒化層(10)の金属、金属窒化物または金属炭化物が、周期表のIVB、VBおよびVIB族の群から選択される、請求項1から5の一項に記載の板ガラス。
- 金属、金属窒化物および/または金属炭化物の融点が、2200℃超である、請求項1から6の一項に記載の板ガラス。
- 機能層(4)が、少なくともフッ素ドープ酸化スズ、アンチモンドープ酸化スズおよび/または酸化インジウムスズを含有する、請求項1から7の一項に記載の板ガラス。
- 上部誘電体層(5)が、1.7から2.3の屈折率の材料を含有する、請求項1から8の一項に記載の板ガラス。
- 下部誘電体層(3)が、少なくとも1種の酸化物または窒化物を含有する、請求項1から9の一項に記載の板ガラス。
- 反射防止層(6)が上部誘電体層(5)の上に配置されている、請求項1から10の一項に記載の板ガラス。
- コーティング(2)が、その最上層として少なくとも1種の酸化物を含有するカバー層(7)を含む、請求項1から11の一項に記載の板ガラス。
- 基材(1)が、少なくとも1つの熱可塑性中間層(9)を介してカバー板ガラス(8)に結合して、複合板ガラスを形成し、コーティング(2)が、カバー板ガラス(8)から離れるほうに面する基材(1)の表面に配置されている、請求項1から12の一項に記載の板ガラス。
- 少なくとも、
(a)1つの下部誘電体層(3)、
(b)少なくとも1種の透明導電性酸化物を含有する、1つの機能層(4)および
(c)1つの上部誘電体層(5)
が基材(1)に連続して適用され、プロセスのステップ(a)と(b)との間、またはプロセスのステップ(b)と(c)との間またはプロセスのステップ(a)と(b)との間およびプロセスのステップ(b)と(c)との間の両方に、融点1900℃超および比抵抗500μオーム*cm未満である少なくとも1種の金属、1種の金属窒化物および/または1種の金属炭化物を含有し、厚さが2nmから50nmである、少なくとも1つの黒化層(10)が適用される、熱放射反射コーティング(2)を有する板ガラスを製造する方法。 - コーティング(2)を有する基材(1)が、少なくとも200℃の温度に加熱される、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の板ガラスの、建物または陸上、空中もしくは水上の輸送手段における板ガラスまたは板ガラスの部品としての使用。
- 25%未満、15%未満、10%未満、8%未満、または6%未満の可視スペクトル領域の透過率を有する、請求項3に記載の板ガラス。
- 基材(1)が10%未満の可視スペクトル領域の透過率を有し、熱放射反射コーティング(2)を有する板ガラスが7%未満、または6%未満の透過率を有する、請求項4に記載の板ガラス。
- 金属、金属窒化物および/または金属炭化物の融点が、2500℃超であり、金属、金属窒化物および/または金属炭化物の比抵抗が、200μオーム*cm未満である、請求項7に記載の板ガラス。
- 機能層(4)が、40nmから200nm、または90nmから150nmの厚さを有する、請求項8に記載の板ガラス。
- 上部誘電体層(5)が、少なくとも1種の酸化物および/または1種の窒化物を含有する、請求項9に記載の板ガラス。
