Description
この構成によれば、境界突起は、第1部材との接触によって型割り線側に倒れるように撓み変形する。したがって、型割り線の付近には、撓み変形した突起による弾性力が作用しやすいので、同型割り線付近における反力の低下が抑制される。
この構成によれば、型割り線を挟んで一方の側に設けられる境界突起は、撓み変形する際、他方の側に設けられる境界突起同士の間に進入しやすい。これにより、型割り線を挟んで向かい合う列の境界突起同士が対向する場合と比較して、第1部材と接触することによって境界突起が受ける反力が分散されるので、型割り線付近における凹凸感が抑制される。
すなわち、少なくとも型割り線Lに最も近く且つ型割り線Lに沿う方向において列をなすように配置されるものは境界突起20bと定義される。そして、型割り線Lに沿う方向における境界突起20b同士の間の距離が、一般突起20aと境界突起20bとの区別に用いられる。
因に、図8は、表層部材16と同様に構成された平板状の試験品を用いて、板状部18側から押圧片(先端直径14mmの円形)を垂直に押圧し、前記図4の(a)に示す3箇所のポイントA〜Cについて反力特性を調べた結果で、ストロークが2mm付近でも反力差ΔFは3N以下であり、全域に亘って反力の差が極めて小さい略均一な触感が得られた。図4(a)の斜線部は直径14mmの押圧片の押圧領域で、人の指先サイズを想定した大きさである。
(1)第1の境界突起20b1を型割り線Lと平行な配置線L1上に、第2の境界突起20b2を型割り線Lと平行且つ配置線L1よりも型割り線Lから離間する配置線L2上に、それぞれ設けた。また、これら第1の境界突起20b1及び第2の境界突起20b2は、型割り線L側から見ると交互に配置されるようにした。
・図9は、前記図4に対応する平面図で、この表層部材40は型割り線Lの間隔が狭い場合であり、その型割り線Lを挟んで対向する姿勢で千鳥状に設けられた多数の境界突起20bのみで突起20が構成されている。本実施例においても、型割り線Lの近傍に突起20の空白部が存在するが、指や手で押圧した際には、図9の(b)から明らかなように型割り線L付近の空白部分を埋めるように境界突起20bが撓み変形させられるため、型割り線L付近の反力の低下による凹凸感が抑制されて一層均一な触感が得られるようになるなど、前記実施例と同様の効果が得られる。
(イ)(a)所定の合わせ面を有する第1部材と、(b)前記合わせ面と略平行な板状部を有するとともに、その板状部には、その合わせ面との間に空間が形成されるようにその合わせ面に向かって突き出す多数の突起が点在するように一体に設けられ、その突起の先端部がその合わせ面に接する状態で前記第1部材に重ね合わされるように配置される弾性変形可能な合成樹脂製の第2部材と、を有し、(c)前記突起の前記先端部が相対的に前記合わせ面に押圧されて弾性変形させられることによりクッション性が付与される重ね合わせ複合内装部品において、(d)前記第2部材の前記突起が設けられた側の面は、複数の分割型を用いて成形されたもので、(e)その分割型の境界に対応する型割り線の両側に前記突起として設けられた境界突起は、その型割り線に沿って等間隔でそれぞれ一列で設けられているとともに、(f)その境界突起は、前記板状部に対して垂直方向から加えられる圧縮荷重に対する曲げ剛性が、その板状部に対して垂直な軸まわりにおいて異方性を有し、先端部が前記合わせ面に対して滑り移動しながらその軸まわりの一方向へ撓み変形させられるように構成されており、且つ、(g)その境界突起は、前記型割り線を挟んで両側に位置する各列毎に相手側へ向かって撓み変形させられる姿勢で設けられているとともに、互いに相手側の境界突起の中間部分に位置するように千鳥状に配置されていることを特徴とする。
(ロ)上記構成において、(a)前記境界突起は同一形状で、中心線がその境界突起の基端部における前記板状部の垂直方向に対して傾斜させられており、前記一方向であるその傾斜方向へ撓み変形させられるとともに、(b)前記型割り線を挟んで両側に一列で設けられた多数の境界突起は、各列毎にそれぞれ前記傾斜方向が同じ方向になるように並列に配置されていることを特徴とする。
Claims (8)
- 第1部材と、複数の分割型を用いて形成され前記第1部材に重ね合わされる第2部材とからなり、前記第2部材は、前記第1部材に向かって突出し且つ前記第1部材との接触によって撓み変形可能とされる一般突起及び同じく前記第1部材に向かって突出し且つ前記第1部材との接触によって撓み変形可能とされ、さらに前記複数の分割型により形成される型割り線と前記一般突起との間に設けられる境界突起をそれぞれ複数備え、
前記境界突起は、前記型割り線に沿う方向において隣接する前記一般突起同士の間の距離よりも短く且つ等間隔となるように、前記型割り線の両側で前記型割り線に沿って列をなすように配置される重ね合わせ複合内装部品。 - 請求項1に記載の重ね合わせ複合内装部品において、
前記境界突起の突出方向は、突出面の垂直方向に対して前記型割り線側に傾く重ね合わせ複合内装部品。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の重ね合わせ複合内装部品において、
前記境界突起は、前記型割り線を挟んで向かい合う他方の側の境界突起と対向しないように配置される重ね合わせ複合内装部品。 - 請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一項に記載の重ね合わせ複合内装部品において、
前記第2部材は、前記一般突起及び前記境界突起が設けられる面の裏面側が意匠面であって、
前記境界突起は、前記型割り線から第1の距離に設けられる第1の突起と、前記型割り線から前記第1の距離とは異なる第2の距離に設けられる第2の突起とを有し、
これら前記第1の突起及び前記第2の突起は、前記型割り線からみた場合に交互となるように並設される重ね合わせ複合内装部品。 - 請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一項に記載の重ね合わせ複合内装部品において、
前記一般突起及び前記境界突起は、基端部から先端部に向かうにつれて徐々に外形が小さくなる錐体であって、前記基端部は、特定の一方向における長さよりもこれと直交する垂線方向における長さが長い線対称の断面形状とされる重ね合わせ複合内装部品。 - 請求項5に記載の重ね合わせ複合内装部品において、
前記境界突起は、前記型割り線に対し離間する方向が前記特定の一方向としての第1の方向とされる第3の突起と、前記型割り線に対し近接し且つ前記第1の方向と交差する方向が前記特定の一方向としての第2の方向とされる第4の突起とを有し、これら前記第3の突起及び前記第4の突起は、前記型割り線からみた場合に交互となるように並設される重ね合わせ複合内装部品。 - 請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一項に記載の重ね合わせ複合内装部品において、
前記一般突起は、多数の多角形の各辺がそれぞれ隣接する多角形の辺と重なる格子模様を形成するように、該多角形の各辺を構成する位置に設けられる重ね合わせ複合内装部品。 - 請求項7に記載の重ね合わせ複合内装部品において、
前記一般突起は、前記第1部材に設けられる合わせ面に対し平行とされる前記第2部材の板状部に設けられ、前記板状部に対して垂直方向から加えられる圧縮荷重に対する曲げ剛性が、該板状部に対して垂直な軸まわりにおいて異方性を有し、先端部が前記合わせ面に対して滑り移動しながら該軸まわりの一方向へ撓み変形させられるように構成されているとともに、
前記格子模様は、前記多角形として一定の大きさの正六角形が連続して繰り返すハニカム形状で、
前記一般突起は、撓み方向が前記正六角形の内側向きまたは外側向きになるように該正六角形の各辺に一つずつ配置されるとともに、該正六角形の中心まわりにおいて撓み方向が交互に逆向きになる姿勢で設けられる重ね合わせ複合内装部品。
