Description
−燃料噴射回路と、
−燃料噴射回路によって燃料が供給される燃料噴射器と、噴射された燃料のスパークプラグとを備える燃料点火回路とを備えるタービンエンジンの燃焼室の始動噴射器であって、
−スパークプラグによる燃料の点火が行なわれる第1の区画と、熱伝導性の仕切りによって第1の区画から隔てられる第2の区画とを備える仕切られた筐体と、
−前記燃料噴射回路によって燃料が供給され、筐体の第2の区画の中で終端し前記壁に当たるように燃料を噴射するように構成された少なくとも1つの燃料噴射器を備える主要な燃焼始動回路とをさらに備えることを特徴とする始動噴射器である。
−燃料噴射回路が、燃料供給入口と、燃料の圧力が所定の閾値を下回った場合、燃焼始動回路の供給を阻止する過圧弁とを備える。
−これを下回ると過圧弁が燃焼始動回路の供給を阻止する閾値圧力が、2.5から3バールの間である。
−始動回路の燃料噴射器が、燃料を気化させるように適合された事前気化噴射器である。
−仕切られた筐体が、2つの区画に共通の燃料排気開口を備える。
−スパークプラグがグロープラグまたはスパークプラグである。
−筐体が、空気進入開口に取り付けられた外側の壁を有する。
−仕切られた筐体が、ケーシングおよび前記燃焼室の壁を通って燃焼室の内部に入り、
−前記筐体の燃料排気開口が燃焼室内で終端し、
−前記筐体の壁の空気進入開口が、ケーシングと燃焼室の間の隙間の中で終端することになる。
Claims (8)
- タービンエンジン燃焼室(10)とタービンエンジン燃焼室のための始動噴射器(100)とを備えるタービンエンジンの燃焼組立体であって、前記始動噴射器(100)が、燃焼室の壁に配置されかつ壁のオリフィスを介して燃焼室内で終端し、
−燃料噴射回路(120)と、
−燃料噴射回路(120)によって燃料が供給される燃料噴射器(132)と、噴射された燃料のスパークプラグ(101)とを備える燃料点火回路(130)とを備え、前記始動噴射器(100)がさらに、
−スパークプラグ(101)による燃料の点火が行なわれる第1の区画(106)と、熱伝導性の仕切り(105)によって第1の区画から隔てられる第2の区画(107)とを備える仕切られた筐体(104)を備え、両方の区画が、共通の燃料排気開口(109)を介して燃焼室(10)内で終端し、前記始動噴射器(100)がさらに、
−前記燃料噴射回路(120)によって燃料が供給され、前記壁(105)に当たるように燃料を噴射するように構成されることによって筐体の第2の区画(107)の中で終端する少なくとも1つの燃料噴射器(142)を備える主要な燃焼始動回路(140)を備えることを特徴とする、燃焼組立体。 - 燃料噴射回路(120)が、燃料供給入口と、燃料の圧力が所定の閾値を下回った場合、燃焼始動回路の供給を阻止する過圧弁(123)とを備える、請求項1に記載のタービンエンジンの燃焼室の燃焼組立体。
- これを下回ると過圧弁(123)が燃焼始動回路の供給を阻止する閾値圧力が、2.5から3バールの間である、請求項2に記載の燃焼組立体。
- 主要な燃焼始動回路の燃料噴射器(142)が、燃料を気化させるように適合された事前気化噴射器である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の燃焼組立体。
- スパークプラグ(101)がグロープラグまたはスパークプラグである、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の燃焼組立体。
- 筐体が、空気進入開口(113、114)が取り付けられた外側の壁を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の燃焼組立体。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の燃焼組立体を備える、タービンエンジン(1)。
- 燃焼室(10)が中に配置されるケーシング(30)を備え、始動噴射器が前記ケーシングに装着されることで、
−仕切られた筐体(104)が、ケーシング(30)および前記燃焼室の1つの壁(14)を通って燃焼室(10)の内部に入り、
−前記筐体の壁の空気進入開口(113、114)が、ケーシングと燃焼室の間の隙間の中で終端することになる、請求項7に記載のタービンエンジン(1)。
