Claims (10)
- 順序に液晶スクリーンの前に設置された光源、ライトビームを発生させるための三角形のくさび形部品、反射コンポーネント及び偏わい視準コンポーネントを含み、前記の三角形のくさび形部品がライトイン面No.1、ライトアウト面No.1及びライトアウト面No.2を含み、前記のライトアウト面No.1及びライトアウト面No.2の間の角が5°を超えなく、前記のライトイン面No.1が前記の光源と向き合い、前記の反射コンポーネントが前記のライトアウト面No.1側に設置されていて、前記のライトアウト面No.1からの光線を前記の三角形のくさび形部品に反射するためのものであり、前記の偏わい視準コンポーネントが前記のライトアウト面No.2と前記の液晶スクリーンとの間に設置されていて、前記のライトアウト面No.2からの平行ライトビームを前記の液晶スクリーン表面と垂直にする光線に屈折するためのものであり、
前記の偏わい視準コンポーネントは、複数の平行して排列された平行四辺形のプリズムからなる偏わいプリズムユニット及び視準プリズムを含み、前記の偏わいプリズムユニットは、1次元方向で互いに近接して排列された平行四辺形の陣列となり、前記の平行四辺形のプリズムの鋭角が少なくとも45°であり、前記の平行四辺形のプリズムがライトイン面No.2及びライトアウト面No.3を含み、前記のライトイン面No.2が前記のライトアウト面No.2と平行し、前記の平行四辺形のプリズムの前記のライトイン面No.2側の鋭角No.1が前記のライトイン面No.2側の鈍角No.1より前記のライトイン面No.1に近く、前記のライトアウト面No.3側の鈍角No.2が前記のライトアウト面No.3側の鋭角No.2より前記のライトイン面No.1に近く、前記の平行四辺形のプリズムが、さらに、前記鈍角No.1と前記鋭角No.2の間の反射面を含むことを特徴とする液晶ディスプレイ用新形バックライトモジュール。 - 前記の視準プリズムがライトイン面No.3及びライトアウト面No.4を含み、前記のライトイン面No.3が前記のライトアウト面No.3と平行し、前記のライトアウト面No.4が並列する複数の鋸の歯からなり、1次元方向で対称しない鋸の歯形であり、前記の鋸の歯の斜面と前記のライトイン面No.3との角が10°を超えないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶ディスプレイ用バックライトモジュール。
- 前記の偏わいプリズムユニットと前記の視準プリズムが偏わい視準プリズムに結び合わせ、前記のライトイン面No.3が前記のライトアウト面No.3と重なり合うことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の液晶ディスプレイ用バックライトモジュール。
- 前記の視準プリズムがライトイン面No.3及びライトアウト面No.5を含み、前記のライトイン面No.3が前記のライトアウト面No.3と平行し、前記のライトアウト面No.5が前記の液晶スクリーンに平行し、前記のライトイン面No.2と前記のライトアウト面No.5との間のくさび角が10°をこえないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶ディスプレイ用バックライトモジュール。
- 前記の偏わいプリズムユニットと前記の視準プリズムが偏わいくさび形プリズムに結び合わせ、前記のライトイン面No.3が前記のライトアウト面No.3と重なり合うことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の液晶ディスプレイ用バックライトモジュール。
- 前記の反射コンポーネントは光学材料製の反射膜であり、前記の反射膜の表面が金属又は媒質にめっきされて反射面を構成し、前記の反射面が前記のライトアウト面No.1と平行することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の液晶ディスプレイ用バックライトモジュール。
- 前記の三角形のくさび形部品が光学材料製の三角形のくさび形膜であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の液晶ディスプレイ用バックライトモジュール。
- 前記の平行四辺形のプリズムが光学材料製の平行四辺形のプリズム膜、前記の視準プリズムが光学材料製の視準プリズム膜であることを特徴とする請求項2又は4に記載の液晶ディスプレイ用バックライトモジュール。
- 前記の偏わい視準プリズムが光学材料製の偏わい視準プリズム膜であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の液晶ディスプレイ用バックライトモジュール。
- 前記の偏わいくさび形プリズムが光学材料製の偏わいくさび形プリズム膜であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の液晶ディスプレイ用バックライトモジュール。
