Claims (7)
- セルハウジング(2)と、
第1の極性を有する第1の電極と、
第2の極性を有する第2の電極と、
前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極との間に短絡を生じさせるための過電圧保護装置と、
を備えたバッテリセル(1)であって、
前記過電圧保護装置は、
前記セルハウジング(2)の開口部(9)に組み込まれた第1の接触要素(6)であって、前記第1の電極と電気的に接続された前記第1の接触要素(6)と、
前記第1の接触要素(6)から間隔を隔てて、前記第2の電極と電気的に接続された第2の接触要素(7)と、
を含み、
前記第1の接触要素(6)は、セルハウジング内圧(13)が第1の閾値の分だけ周囲圧力を上回る場合には、前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極との間に短絡を生じさせるために前記第2の接触要素(7)に電気的に接触するよう構成される、前記バッテリセル(11)において、
前記第1の接触要素(6)は、電気的な接触領域を有する膜であり、前記第1の接触要素(6)は、前記第1の接触要素(6)の前記接触領域が前記セルハウジング(2)の前記開口部(9)の中央部で前記第2の接触要素(7)によって覆われるように電気的に接触するよう構成され、
前記第1の接触要素(6)はさらに、セルハウジング内圧(13)が第2の閾値の分だけ周囲圧力を上回る場合に開くよう構成された少なくとも1つの破損予定箇所(8)を前記接触領域の外であって前記第2の接触要素(7)に覆われない領域に有し、セルハウジング内圧(13)が前記第2の閾値の分だけ周囲圧力を上回る場合には、前記セルハウジング(2)の前記開口部(9)を少なくとも部分的に開放するよう構成されることを特徴とする、バッテリセル(1)。 - 前記第1の接触要素(6)は、前記第2の閾値が前記第1の閾値よりも大きいように、形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリセル(1)。
- 前記第1の接触要素(6)は、前記第1の閾値が0.1MPa〜0.3MPaの間に存在するように、形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリセル(1)。
- 前記第1の接触要素(6)は、前記第2の閾値が0.3MPa〜0.5MPaの間に存在するように、形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリセル(1)。
- 前記第1の接触要素(6)は膜であり、前記第1の接触要素(6)は、前記セルハウジング(2)の内部に向かってアーチ形状をなしており、かつ、前記第1の接触要素(6)は、セルハウジング内圧(13)が上昇した際には外に向かってアーチ形状になり、従って、セルハウジング内圧(13)が前記第1の閾値の分だけ周囲圧力を上回る場合には、前記第1の接触要素(6)は、外に向かってアーチ形状をなして前記第2の接触要素(7)に電気的に接触することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリセル(1)。
- 前記バッテリセル(1)は、前記セルハウジング(2)の前記開口部(9)の領域で脱ガス装置(11)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリセル(1)。
- 前記バッテリセル(1)は、セル内部の安全装置(10)を有し、前記セル内部の安全装置(10)は、前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極との間に短絡を生じさせるために前記第1の接触要素(6)が前記第2の接触要素(7)に電気的に接触する場合に、前記過電圧保護装置を焼損から護ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリセル(1)。
