Claims (18)
- 12個のフレームからなる組立式建築用六面体ユニットにおいて、
隣接する互いに異なるユニットの二つのフレームをフレームジョイントで固定し、
前記フレームジョイントは、板状のフレームジョイントボディーと、前記フレームジョイントボディーに対して垂直に結合された二つ以上の連結部と、前記連結部の末端に連結された挿入固定部とを含んでなり、
前記フレームは、断面方形であり、内部に多数の隔壁によって分けられた多数の中空部を持ち、外観が長い棒状のフレームボディーと、前記フレームボディーの内部に形成され、前記フレームジョイントの挿入固定部に対応する形状を持ち、嵌合可能な中空の挿入空間部とを含んでなり、
前記フレームジョイントの挿入固定部は断面開放形構造の膨脹型フレームジョイントであり、充填材の注入によって挿入固定部が膨脹して、前記フレームの挿入空間部との密着を向上させることを特徴とする、組立式建築用六面体ユニット。 - 前記フレームは、フレームボディーの表面に長手方向の中間に切開された開放口と、前記開放口の両側に形成され、前記開放口より切開幅が小さい挿入切開部とをさらに持ち、
前記フレームジョイントの挿入固定部が前記開放口に先に挿入された後、両側の挿入切開部の下側の挿入空間部に左側または右側に移動して挿入固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組立式建築用六面体ユニット。 - 前記挿入固定部の断面形状が、逆“U”形、“U”形、三角形、方形、五角形、六角形、八角形及び前記多角形の一部が変形された形の中でいずれか一つであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組立式建築用六面体ユニット。
- 前記膨脹型フレームジョイントの挿入固定部の内部に、前記充填材が直接注入されて膨脹する充填材チューブをさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組立式建築用六面体ユニット。
- 前記充填材チューブは断面開放形構造であり、金属、合成樹脂またはゴムの中のいずれか一素材からなることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の組立式建築用六面体ユニット。
- 前記充填材はウレタン充填材であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組立式建築用六面体ユニット。
- 前記フレームの各面には2個以上の挿入空間部を持つことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組立式建築用六面体ユニット。
- 前記フレームジョイントには二つ以上の連結部を持ち、各連結部の末端に挿入固定部を持つことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組立式建築用六面体ユニット。
- 前記フレームジョイントの連結部は前記フレームジョイントボディーの末端または前記フレームジョイントボディーの中間に結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組立式建築用六面体ユニット。
- 12個のフレームからなる組立式建築用六面体ユニットを組み立てて建築物を建築する組立式建築用六面体ユニットの組立方法において、
前記六面体ユニットのフレームは、断面が方形であり、内部に多数の隔壁によって分けられた多数の中空部を持ち、外観が長い棒状であるフレームボディーと、前記フレームボディーの内部に形成され、嵌合可能な中空の挿入空間部とを各面に1個以上持ち、
板状のフレームジョイントボディーと、前記フレームジョイントボディーに対して垂直に結合された二つ以上の連結部と、前記各連結部の末端に連結され、前記フレームの挿入空間部に嵌合可能な挿入固定部とを含んでなるフレームジョイントの挿入固定部を、前記隣接する互いに異なるユニットの二つのフレームの各挿入空間部に嵌合することによって六面体ユニットを組み立て、
前記フレームジョイントの挿入固定部は断面開放形構造の膨脹型フレームジョイントであり、充填材の注入によって挿入固定部が膨脹して前記フレームの挿入空間部との密着を向上させることを特徴とする、組立式建築用六面体ユニットの組立方法。 - 前記フレームは、フレームボディーの表面に長手方向の中間に切開された開放口と、前記開放口の両側に形成され、前記開放口より切開幅が小さい挿入切開部とをさらに持ち、
前記フレームジョイントの挿入固定部が前記開放口に先に挿入された後、両側の挿入切開部の下側の挿入空間部に左側または右側に移動して挿入固定されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の組立式建築用六面体ユニットの組立方法。 - 前記挿入固定部の断面形状が、逆“U”形、“U”形、三角形、方形、五角形、六角形、八角形及び前記多角形の一部が変形された形の中でいずれか一つであることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の組立式建築用六面体ユニットの組立方法。
- 前記膨脹型フレームジョイントの挿入固定部の内部に、前記充填材が直接注入されて膨脹する充填材チューブをさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の組立式建築用六面体ユニットの組立方法。
- 前記充填材チューブは断面開放形の構造であり、金属、合成樹脂またはゴムの中でいずれか一つの素材からなることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の組立式建築用六面体ユニットの組立方法。
- 前記充填材はウレタン充填材であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の組立式建築用六面体ユニットの組立方法。
- 前記フレームの各面には二つ以上の挿入空間部を持つことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の組立式建築用六面体ユニットの組立方法。
- 前記フレームジョイントには二つ以上の連結部を持ち、各連結部の末端に挿入固定部を持つことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の組立式建築用六面体ユニットの組立方法。
- 前記フレームジョイントの連結部は、前記フレームジョイントボディーの末端または前記フレームジョイントボディーの中間に結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の組立式建築用六面体ユニットの組立方法。
