Description
Claims (15)
- 静脈カテーテル装置であって、
カテーテルチューブ(10)の近位端に配置され、チャンバ(16)を画定する内部表面(14)を有するカテーテルハブ(12)と、
軸方向を規定し、針先(24)を有する針(20)であって、準備位置にあるときに前記チャンバ(16)および前記カテーテルチューブ(10)を貫通して延びる針(20)と、
前記針(20)上に摺動可能に配置され、針(20)が前記準備位置にあるときに前記チャンバ(16)に収容される針保護具(32)であって、前記針保護具(32)は、ベース部(34)と、前記ベース部(34)から延びる第1のアーム(36)と第2のアーム(38)とを含み、前記針(20)が前記準備位置にあるときに前記第1のアーム(36)が前記針(20)によって復元力に抗して半径方向外側へ湾曲され、前記針保護具(32)が前記カテーテルハブ(12)に係止接触する、針保護具(32)と、
前記第1のアーム(36)が湾曲状態にある間、前記チャンバ(16)内に前記針保護具(32)を係止する係止手段と、
を含み、
前記針保護具(32)は、前記針先(24)が前記アーム(36,38)の間に収容されているとき、前記針(20)に設けられた係合手段と係合する止め具要素(46)を有し、
前記係止手段は、前記第1のアーム(36)上に設けられたディスク状の第1の係止突起(58)と、前記内部表面(14)に形成され、前記第1の係止突起(58)が係合するように構成された環状の係止窪み(18)と、を含み、前記第1の係止突起(58)と前記係止窪み(18)の係合により、前記針保護具(32)が前記チャンバ(16)内に保持され、

- 前記第2の係止突起(66)は、前記第1の係止突起(58)の反対側に配置されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の静脈カテーテル装置。
- 復元力が、前記第1のアーム(36)と少なくとも部分的に前記第1および第2のアーム(36、38)を取り囲む付加的な張力要素のうち少なくとも1つによって生成される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の静脈カテーテル装置。

- 前記止め具要素(46)は、前記針(20)の主要外径に適合するものの、前記係合手段の半径方向最大寸法よりも小さい断面を有する軸方向穴(48)を画定する、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の静脈カテーテル装置。
- 前記止め具要素(46)は、前記ベース部(34)の材料とは異なる材料であって、具体的には、金属材料から作製される、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の静脈カテーテル装置。
- 前記止め具要素(46)は、ディスク状の形である、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の静脈カテーテル装置。
- 前記止め具要素(46)は、前記ベース部(34)の遠位側に配置される、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の静脈カテーテル装置。
- 前記係合手段は、前記針(20)の主要外径と比較して、少なくとも一方向における前記針(20)の半径方向寸法の拡張部によって形成される、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の静脈カテーテル装置。
