Claims (5)
- 給電プラグを装着可能な充電コネクタと該充電コネクタに接続される電線とを含む充電コネクタ組立体を製造する方法であって、
内側に端子収容部が形成された筒状のソケット部を有するハウジングを用意し、
導電性で筒状の接続端子であって、前記給電プラグの端子を接続可能なプラグ接続部と、軸方向において該プラグ接続部とは反対側に位置する端子連結部とを有する接続端子を用意し、
前記接続端子を前記ソケット部の前記端子収容部に軸方向に沿って挿入し、
挿通孔が形成された導電性の固定端子を用意し、
前記電線の端部を前記固定端子に固定して該固定端子と電気的に接続し、
前記接続端子を前記ソケット部の前記端子収容部に挿入した後に、前記電線の端部が固定された前記固定端子の前記挿通孔に締結具を挿通し、該締結具を前記接続端子の前記端子連結部に形成された締結孔に締結することによって前記固定端子を前記接続端子に固定する各工程を含み、
前記固定端子を前記接続端子に固定する際に、前記固定端子に設けられた係止片を前記接続端子の前記端子連結部に形成された係止面に係止させる
ことを特徴とする充電コネクタ組立体の製造方法。 - 前記接続端子を前記ハウジングの前記端子収容部に挿入する際に、前記接続端子及び前記ソケット部の一方に形成された係合部を前記接続端子及び前記ソケット部の他方に形成された係合溝に係合させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の充電コネクタ組立体の製造方法。
- 前記係合部を前記接続端子及び前記ソケット部の一方における軸に対して対称な位置に複数個形成することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の充電コネクタ組立体の製造方法。
- 前記係合溝を前記接続端子及び前記ソケット部の他方における軸に対して対称な位置に複数個形成することを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の充電コネクタ組立体の製造方法。
- 前記端子連結部に前記接続端子の軸方向に垂直な取付面を形成し、
前記固定端子を前記接続端子に固定する際に、前記固定端子が前記端子連結部の前記取付面に接するように該固定端子を固定することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の充電コネクタ組立体の製造方法。
