Claims (4)
- 燃料ガスと酸化剤ガスとの電気化学反応により発電する燃料電池から排出される排ガスに含まれる水を通すための燃料電池システム用イオン交換装置であって、
内部上下にフィルタが配置され、前記フィルタ間にイオン交換樹脂が充填される装置本体と、
前記装置本体の下部側に設けられ、前記水を前記イオン交換樹脂に導入する水導入口と、
前記装置本体の上部側に設けられ、前記イオン交換樹脂を通過した前記水を排出する水排出口と、
前記装置本体の上部側に設けられ、該装置本体の内部に混入した空気を集中して収容する空気収容部と、
前記水排出口よりも上方に位置して前記空気収容部に配置され、前記イオン交換樹脂を通過した前記水の電気伝導率を計測する導電率計測部と、
を備え、
前記水排出口は、前記空気収容部の側部に設けられるとともに、前記空気収容部の頂部よりも下方に設けられ、
前記イオン交換樹脂を通過した前記水は、前記空気収容部を介して、前記水排出口へと流れることを特徴とする燃料電池システム用イオン交換装置。 - 請求項1記載のイオン交換装置において、前記空気収容部に配置され、前記装置本体の内部から少なくとも前記空気を排出する余剰流体排出配管を備えることを特徴とする燃料電池システム用イオン交換装置。
- 請求項1又は2記載のイオン交換装置において、前記水導入口に設けられ、水導入配管を離脱自在に接続する水導入用封止弁と、
前記水排出口に設けられ、水排出配管を離脱自在に接続する水排出用封止弁と、
を備え、
前記水導入用封止弁と前記水排出用封止弁とは、それぞれの配管着脱方向が同一方向に設定されることを特徴とする燃料電池システム用イオン交換装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のイオン交換装置において、前記イオン交換装置は、少なくとも水蒸気改質に用いられる水に含まれる不純物を除去するために、固体酸化物形燃料電池に適用されるイオン交換装置であることを特徴とする燃料電池システム用イオン交換装置。
