Claims (10)
- 長手方向に延在する切断装置(18)を備える器具ヘッド(17)を備える、超音波外科器具用のソノトロードにおいて、前記器具ヘッド(17)が、前記器具ヘッド(17)を貫通して横方向に延在する複数の貫通穴(20)を備え、前記貫通穴(20)が、断面に関して細長形状を有し、前記貫通穴(20)の断面の長手方向と前記器具ヘッド(17)の前記長手方向とが、それらの間に30°〜80°の間の角度を有することを特徴とする、ソノトロード。
- 前記貫通穴(20)の中心軸同士が、互いに平行に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のソノトロード。
- 前記貫通穴(20)が、前記器具ヘッド(17)の前記長手方向に一列に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のソノトロード。
- 前記貫通穴(20)の断面の前記長手方向と前記器具ヘッド(17)の前記長手方向との間の前記角度が、50°〜70°の間であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のソノトロード。
- 前記貫通穴(20)において前記切断装置に面する端部が、前記貫通穴(20)において前記切断装置から遠い端部よりも、前記器具ヘッド(17)の近位端部により近いことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のソノトロード。
- 前記切断装置は、切断面(18)として具現化されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のソノトロード。
- 前記切断面(18)は、前記貫通穴(20)の前記中心軸同士を含む平面に対して実質的に平行に整列されることを特徴とする、請求項2を直接または間接的に引用する請求項6に記載のソノトロード。
- 前記切断面は、前記器具ヘッド(17)の横方向に延在する複数の切欠部(24)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載のソノトロード。
- 前記切欠部(24)は、前記器具ヘッド(17)の縁部から中心方向へとテーパ状をなすことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のソノトロード。
- 超音波トランスデューサと前記超音波トランスデューサに接続されたソノトロードとを備える外科器具において、前記ソノトロードが、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項にしたがって具現化されることを特徴とする、外科器具。
