Description
The present invention relates to a plant growth promoter and a plant growth promotion method.
In the cultivation of plants such as agricultural crops and horticultural crops, various chemical fertilizers are used to promote the growth of crops and increase the yield, etc. Various means for promoting the growth of plants such as rhizosphere activators that promote absorption have been proposed.
In addition, for the poor growth of crops due to various diseases and the decrease in yield, measures are taken at an early stage of disease occurrence by applying agricultural chemicals suitable for each disease, such as fungicides, etc. As a result, the yield is increased.
However, the large amount of chemical fertilizer mentioned above can lead to soil damage and fertilizer damage such as soil acidification and fertilizer burning in farmland, and these damages cause the occurrence of crop diseases. If a large amount of pesticide is used to eliminate the problem, there is a problem such as a problem of residual pesticide. In addition, various means such as rooting growth promoters that have been proposed are not clear in their effects and many have not yet been used. Although the use of pesticides such as fungicides is effective against the occurrence of diseases, this will only ensure the yield of crops when there is no disease, and will promote the growth of crops and increase the yield. It has not yet reached.
This invention is made | formed in view of such a situation, The objective is to provide the growth promoter which has the outstanding growth promotion effect | action with respect to agricultural products.
As a result of earnest research, the present inventors have surprisingly found that the seeds and seedlings, or the soil in which they are cultivated, are generally referred to when seeding seedlings or planting seedlings of agricultural or horticultural crops. It has been found that by applying amisulbrom, metalaxyl, metalaxyl M or cyazofamid, the growth of crops can be dramatically accelerated and the yield can be significantly increased, and the present invention has been completed.

After planting (after chemical treatment), after 86 days, the broccoli that has grown was cut so that the length from the tip of the floret is about 16 to 17 cm, and the florets were harvested. It was classified into a diameter of 10 cm or more (shippable florets) or a diameter of less than 10 cm (non-standard florets). The photographs of the broccoli florets obtained in the Example 6 (Oracle) test group and the untreated group (Control Example 3) are shown in FIG. 2 (FIG. 2 (A): Example 6, FIG. 2 (B): Control Example 3). .
The number of each of these classified florets was determined and the mass was measured. The results obtained are shown in Table 7.
As shown in Table 7 and FIG. 2, broccoli grown in soil treated with oracle (active ingredient: amisulbrom) (Example 6) can be shipped compared to broccoli grown in untreated soil (Control Example 3). The number and mass of both were greatly exceeded.
[Example 7, control example 4] Broccoli growth test in field (2)
The growth promoter of the present invention was mixed with soil in a field to be subjected to a broccoli growth test, and the state of growth of broccoli florets was observed.
<Drug treatment method and planting method>
In an agricultural field (Sukumo City, Kochi Prefecture), just before broccoli planting, powder oracle powder (Nissan Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.) on the soil in the test area in an amount of 30 kg per 10a and plow it with a rider. The mixture was mixed with the soil at the same time and was laid at the same time (total soil treatment). Broccoli (variety: SK-081) seedlings were planted here, and the floret diameter (average value of 50 strains) was measured 105 days after the planting. As Control Example 4, broccoli was grown without chemical treatment of the soil, and the floret diameter (average value of 10 strains) was measured 105 days after the planting. Table 8 shows the obtained results.
Moreover, the photograph of the broccoli flower bud of each test section is shown in FIG. 3 (FIG. 3 (A): Example 7, FIG. 3 (B): Control Example 4), and the photograph of the root part of broccoli is shown in FIG. 4 (FIG. 4 (A)). The results are shown in Example 7 and FIG. 4 (B): Control Example 4), respectively.
As shown in Table 8 and FIG. 3, the diameter of the broccoli florets of Example 7 was about 30% larger than the diameter of the broccoli florets of Control Example 4. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 4, the result that the root amount of the broccoli of Example 7 was very large compared with the root of the broccoli of Control Example 4 was obtained. That is, in Example 7, it can be said that the root treatment was dramatically accelerated by the chemical treatment, which led to an increase in the floret diameter.
