[Measuring method]

得られた粉末状植物ステロール組成物(実施例品1〜7、比較例品1〜5)を下記方法で水に加え、水分散性、具体的には表面の状態の評価を行った。水分散性の評価は、目視で表3に示す評価基準に従い10名のパネラーで評価した。結果はそれぞれ10名の評価点の平均値として求め、下記基準にて記号化した。結果を表4に示す。

スリーワンモーター(型式:BL−600;HEIDON社製)使用。
攪拌翼の形状:4枚羽根汎用攪拌翼プロペラR
攪拌翼径 :4.8cm
翼段数 :1
攪拌翼の位置:底から1.2cm
500mL容ガラス製ビーカーに水道水(水温:約20℃)350mLを入れ、スリーワンモーターをセットし、300rpmで攪拌しながら、その上に粉末状植物ステロール組成物各7gを 30秒かけて連続的に一定量ずつ投入し、全量投入時を起点として90秒間後の状態を目視にて確認した。
