前記かご上安全手摺に設けられ、前記かご上安全手摺が折り畳まれている時は通常運転を可能としかつかご上運転を不可とし、前記かご上安全手摺が組み立てられた時は通常運転を不可とし点検作業時のかご上運転を可能とする手摺組み立て確認手段と、
前記かご上安全手摺の前記つり合いおもり側の手摺に設けられ、前記かご上安全手摺が折り畳まれている時はスイッチ開閉用操作部が前記つり合いおもり側に突出せず、前記かご上安全手摺が組み立てられた時はスイッチ開閉用操作部が前記つり合いおもり側に突出するかご上安全スイッチと、
