Claims (5)
- 天然ガス燃料を吸気系通路に噴射し、着火源の軽油燃料をシリンダ内に噴射して、天然ガス燃料の着火に際して火花点火システムを使用しないで、シリンダ内に噴射した軽油燃料の圧縮着火により天然ガス燃料を燃焼させる天然ガスエンジンにおいて、
吸気行程中のシリンダ内に排気ガスを導入する排気導入機構を備えるとともに、
シリンダ内に噴射する軽油燃料の量を、エンジンの全運転領域で、アイドル運転用の軽油燃料量の一定量とし、エンジン出力の増減は、天然ガス燃料の量の増減で行うように構成されたことを特徴とする天然ガスエンジン。 - 前記排気導入機構の作動を行う運転状態において、前記吸気系通路に設けられた吸気シャッタによる吸気絞り制御を併用するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の天然ガスエンジン。
- 前記排気導入機構の作動を行う運転状態において、排気系通路に設けられた排気シャッタによる排気絞り制御を併用するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の天然ガスエンジン。
- 天然ガス燃料を吸気系通路に噴射し、着火源の軽油燃料をシリンダ内に噴射して、天然ガス燃料の着火に際して火花点火システムを使用しないで、シリンダ内に噴射した軽油燃料の圧縮着火により天然ガス燃料を燃焼させると共に、吸気行程中のシリンダ内に排気ガスを導入する排気導入機構を備えて構成された天然ガスエンジンの運転方法において、
シリンダ内に噴射する軽油燃料の量を、該天然ガスエンジンの全運転領域で、アイドル運転用の軽油燃料量の一定量とし、エンジン出力の増減は、天然ガス燃料の量の増減で行うことを特徴とする天然ガスエンジンの運転方法。 - 前記排気導入機構の作動を行う運転状態において、前記吸気系通路に設けられた吸気シャッタによる吸気絞り制御と、排気系通路に設けられた排気シャッタによる排気絞り制御を併用する制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の天然ガスエンジンの運転方法。
