Claims (5)
- 流体を吸い込む吸込口と、
少なくとも前記吸込口側に複数の羽根を有し、かつ前記吸込口を通る所定の軸を中心として回転することによって前記吸込口から前記流体を吸い込んで、前記軸と直交する方向に前記流体を吐出するインペラーと、
前記吸込口を有し、かつ前記インペラーを収納するポンプヘッドと、
前記吸込口側の前記複数の羽根と対向する前記ポンプヘッドの部位に開口する第1開口部と、
前記軸と直交する方向かつ前記ポンプヘッドの外側および前記軸の方向において前記吸込口側とは逆方向かつ前記ポンプヘッドの外側の少なくとも一方に存在する前記ポンプヘッドの部位に開口する第2開口部と、
前記第1開口部と前記第2開口部とを接続する通路と、
を含み、前記第1開口部の直径および前記通路の直径は5mm以上20mm以下である、遠心式ポンプ。 - 流体を吸い込む吸込口と、
少なくとも前記吸込口側に複数の羽根を有し、かつ前記吸込口を通る所定の軸を中心として回転することによって前記吸込口から前記流体を吸い込んで、前記軸と直交する方向に前記流体を吐出するインペラーと、
前記吸込口を有し、かつ前記インペラーを収納するポンプヘッドと、
前記吸込口側の前記複数の羽根と対向する前記ポンプヘッドの部位に開口する第1開口部と、
前記軸と直交する方向かつ前記ポンプヘッドの外側に存在する前記ポンプヘッドの部位に開口する第2開口部と、
前記第1開口部と前記第2開口部とを接続する通路と、
を含み、前記第1開口部の直径および前記通路の直径は5mm以上20mm以下である、遠心式ポンプ。 - 前記通路は、2本以上10本以下である、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の遠心式ポンプ。
- 前記インペラーの前記羽根の内径側の端部を結んだ円の直径をDsとし、前記インペラーの直径をDとした場合、前記第1開口部は、前記軸を中心として1.0・Ds以上1.0・D以下の範囲に開口する、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の遠心式ポンプ。
- 前記通路は、その延在する方向と直交する断面が円形であり、前記断面の直径は、前記流体を吐出する吐出口の直径に対して10%以上50%以下である、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の遠心式ポンプ。
