Description
(NH2)2CO[含水]→(NH2)2CO[固体]+6.9H2O[気体]
水の蒸発の後、以下の反応に従って、尿素の分解が開始する:
(NH2)2CO[固体]→NH3[気体]+HNCO[気体]
HNCO[気体]+H2O→NH3[気体]+CO2[気体]
図1及び図2の解決法で提案される注入方法には、多くの欠点が伴うことが分かった。とりわけ、前記方法は、尿素の完全な分解(図1のフェーズ3に関連する反応)及び、アンモニア(NH3[気体])と排気ガス(CO2[気体])との均一な混合を可能としない。不均一な混合は、不都合なことに、SCRシステムの効率を減少させる。

Claims (8)
- 燃焼エンジンによって発生する排気ガス流であって、後処理システム(30)に向かう排気ガス流に対する尿素ベースの還元剤の投与方法において:
−軸(X)に沿って管状に伸びる筐体(20)を有する投与モジュールを供するステップと;
−環状注入ジェット(AJ)であって、前記投与筐体(20)の前記軸(X)に対して傾いており、前記軸(X)を中心として環状であり該軸(X)に対して対称な注入ジェット(AJ)を、内側の内壁及び外側の内壁が、前記軸(X)を対称軸とする円錐台の側面の形状を有する環状注入部(9)からジェットを導入することにより発生させ、前記排気ガス流を前記投与筐体(20)に運搬するステップと;
−前記筐体(20)の内部に、尿素ベースの還元剤スプレー(UWS)を発生させることにより、前記尿素ベースの還元剤を投与するステップと、
を有し、前記尿素ベースの還元剤スプレー(UWS)が、ノズル(55)を備える注入手段によって発生し、該ノズル(55)は前記投与筐体(20)の内部に位置することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記尿素ベースの還元剤スプレー(UWS)が、前記軸(X)に対して同心となるように発生することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記尿素ベースの還元剤スプレー(UWS)が、前記環状注入ジェット(AJ)に入射する円錐部を有するように発生することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記尿素ベースの還元剤スプレー(UWS)の前記円錐の開口角(β)を前記軸(X)とともになす直線が、前記環状ジェット(AJ)の前記注入方向(Y)を示す直線と交差するように、前記尿素ベースの還元剤スプレー(UWS)が発生することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記環状注入ジェット(AJ)が、前記投与筐体(20)の前記軸(X)に対して、30°から150°の間の角度(α)だけ傾いていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記環状注入ジェット(AJ)が、前記投与筐体(20)の前記軸(X)に対して、30°から90°の間の角度(α)だけ傾いていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記尿素ベースの還元剤スプレーが、5°から40°の間の半円錐の開口角(β)を有するように発生することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記尿素ベースの還元剤が、尿素水溶液によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
