Claims (8)
- 石炭ガスタービン(106)を備える石炭タービン発電装置(100)において石炭ガスタービン(106)で燃焼させる前の高度石炭処理段(104)において石炭を処理するとともにその廃水流れを再利用できるように処理する方法であって、当該方法が、
石炭から鉱物を除去するように調製された浸出剤に石炭を接触させる段階と、
水及びある濃度の汚染物質を含む廃水流れを形成する段階と、
廃水流れを加圧下で逆浸透膜の第1の面と接触させて、逆浸透膜を透過した汚染物質濃度の低下した透過物流れを逆浸透膜の第2の面から流出せしめ、汚染物質濃度の増大した濃縮物流れを逆浸透膜の第1の面に保持する、段階と、
汚染物質濃度の低下した透過物流れを石炭タービン発電装置(100)内で再利用する段階と
を含んでおり、前記廃水流れがpH0〜4のpHを有する、方法。 - 前記浸出剤が、フッ化水素酸、硝酸、硝酸第二鉄又はこれらの1種以上の組合せを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記鉱物が、ケイ素、アルミニウム、鉄、チタン、カリウム、カルシウム、ナトリウム、マグネシウム、バリウム、ストロンチウム、バナジウム、銅、マンガン、ジルコニウム、亜鉛、セリウム又はこれらの1種以上の組合せを含む、請求項1又は請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記廃水流れが10,000mg/L〜60,000mg/Lの総溶解固体濃度を有する、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記透過物流れが0.1mg/L〜10,000mg/Lの総溶解固体濃度を有する、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記濃縮物流れが8,000mg/L〜500,000mg/Lの総溶解固体濃度を有する、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記透過物流れが4〜7のpHを有する、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記濃縮物流れが0〜3のpHを有する、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項記載の方法。
