Description
Claims (13)
- 粒子分離器(20)のための支持構造を備えた流動層ボイラ(10)であって、
底部支持型炉(12)と、
支持構造を備え、前記炉の上側部分とガス流れ連通する少なくとも1つの粒子分離器(20)であって、炉側部分、前記炉側部分と反対の外側部分、及び錐形下側部分(22)を有する少なくとも1つの粒子分離器(20)と、
蒸気ドラム(16)と流体連通し、且つ前記粒子分離器の前記外側部分に隣接する少なくとも2つの底部支持型降水管(18)と
を有する流動層ボイラ(10)において、
前記支持構造が、前記錐形下側部分の少なくとも一部分を取り囲む枠組状支持部材(26)を有し、前記支持部材の外側部分(36)が、前記少なくとも2つの降水管に取り付けられ、それにより前記少なくとも1つの粒子分離器を支持することを特徴とする、流動層ボイラ(10)。 - 前記支持部材(26)が、前記少なくとも1つの粒子分離器の前記錐形下側部分の水平高さにおいて前記少なくとも2つの降水管に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流動層ボイラ。
- 前記支持部材の内側部分(38)が前記炉の側壁(14)に取り付けられ、それにより前記少なくとも1つの粒子分離器を支持することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流動層ボイラ。
- 前記少なくとも2つの底部支持型降水管のそれぞれが、前記少なくとも1つの粒子分離器の前記外側部分に隣接するフルハイト垂直降水管(18)と、前記少なくとも1つの粒子分離器の前記炉側部分に隣接する前記降水管の追加分岐管(18’)とを有し、前記支持部材の前記外側部分(36)が、前記フルハイト垂直降水管(18)に取り付けられ、前記支持部材の前記内側部分(38)が、前記降水管の前記追加分岐管に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流動層ボイラ。
- 前記少なくとも2本の底部支持型降水管のそれぞれが、前記少なくとも1つの粒子分離器の前記炉側部分に隣接するフルハイト垂直降水管(18)と、前記少なくとも1つの粒子分離器の前記外側部分に隣接する前記降水管の追加分岐管(18’)とを有し、前記支持部材の前記外側部分(36)が、前記降水管の前記追加分岐管(18’)に取り付けられ、前記支持部材の前記内側部分(38)が、前記フルハイト垂直降水管(18)に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流動層ボイラ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの粒子分離器(20)の重量が、前記フルハイト降水管(18)及び前記降水管の前記追加分岐管(18’)によって支えられることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の流動層ボイラ。
- 前記支持部材の前記内側部分(38)が前記炉の側壁(14)に取り付けられ、それにより前記支持構造の水平方向の動きを妨げることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の流動層ボイラ。
- 前記枠組状支持部材(26)の水平内部断面が、前記少なくとも1つの粒子分離器の前記錐形下側部分(22)の水平外部断面に対応しており、また前記内部断面は、前記少なくとも1つの粒子分離器の前記錐形下側部分の前記外部断面と接触して配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流動層ボイラ。
- 前記枠組状支持部材(26)が、前記少なくとも1つの粒子分離器の前記錐形下側部分の水平外部断面の一部分のみと接触して配置される水平内部断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流動層ボイラ。
- 2つの粒子分離器及び3つの降水管を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流動層ボイラ。
- 3つの粒子分離器及び4つの降水管を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流動層ボイラ。
- 前記流動層ボイラは循環流動層ボイラであることを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか一項に記載の流動層ボイラ。
- 前記流動層ボイラは気泡型流動層ボイラであることを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか一項に記載の流動層ボイラ。
