Claims (13)
- 管体と、
熱電対を形成する先端線と、前記先端線とは反対側の基端線と、を有し、前記先端線と前記基端線との間で前記管体を取り巻く中央巻線部を形成する第1金属材料製の加熱線と、
前記基端線に接続される第1先端部と、前記第1先端部とは反対側の第1基端部と、を含む前記第1金属材料製の第1非加熱線と、
前記先端線に接続され、前記熱電対を形成する第2先端部を有する第2金属材料製の第2非加熱線と、
前記第1基端部に接続される第3非加熱線と、を備え、
前記第3非加熱線は、前記第2金属材料と同一又は前記第1金属材料よりも低い体積抵抗率を有する金属材料から形成される
ヒータ・センササブアセンブリ。 - 前記管体は、絶縁管であり、
前記第2非加熱線は、前記絶縁管に、少なくとも部分的に挿入される
請求項1に記載のヒータ・センササブアセンブリ。 - 前記第1金属材料は、クロム合金材料であり、
前記第2金属材料は、ニッケル又はニッケル合金材料である
請求項1又は2に記載のヒータ・センササブアセンブリ。 - 前記第1非加熱線は、前記加熱線の直径よりも2倍以上4倍以下の大きさの直径を有する請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のヒータ・センササブアセンブリ。
- 前記第3非加熱線は、前記第1非加熱線よりも小さな直径を有する
請求項1乃至4に記載のヒータ・センササブアセンブリ。 - 前記中央巻線部は、前記管体の約半分の長さを有し、
前記中央巻線部の軸方向の中心位置は、前記管体の軸方向の中心位置に略一致する
請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のヒータ・センササブアセンブリ。 - 前記先端線は、前記中央巻線部を形成する前記第1金属材料よりも太い線材から形成される
請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のヒータ・センササブアセンブリ。 - 前記第1非加熱線は、0.8mm以上1.2mm以下の直径を有し、
前記加熱線は、0.2mm以上0.45mm以下の直径を有し、
前記第3非加熱線は、0.8mm以下の直径を有する
請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のヒータ・センササブアセンブリ。 - 前記中央巻線部は、18mm以上20mm以下の軸方向の長さを有し、
前記中央巻線部は、前記熱電対から少なくとも4mm離間している
請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のヒータ・センササブアセンブリ。 - 前記管体は、約35mm以上40mm以下の軸方向の長さを有し、
前記中央巻線部は、約19mmの軸方向の長さを有し、
前記中央巻線部は、前記先端線に連なる巻線端を含み、
前記巻線端は、前記熱電対から約10mm離れている
請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のヒータ・センササブアセンブリ。 - 前記管体は、半田の吸引経路を規定する中空管であり、
前記第2非加熱線は、前記吸引経路から外れた位置において、前記中空管の軸方向に延びる
請求項1に記載のヒータ・センササブアセンブリ。 - 半田付けに用いられるこて先と、
前記こて先に固定される先端部と、少なくとも2つの電気的接点を有する基端部と、を含むハウジングと、
請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載のヒータ・センササブアセンブリと、を備え、
前記ヒータ・センササブアセンブリは、前記ハウジング内に据え付けられる
半田カートリッジ。 - 前記こて先は、半田が付着するこて先先端と、前記ハウジングに接続されるスリーブと、前記こて先先端と前記スリーブとの間に位置する中央部と、を含み、
前記こて先先端、前記スリーブ及び前記中央部は、前記ヒータ・センササブアセンブリが収容される軸穴を規定する
請求項12に記載の半田カートリッジ。
