Claims (5)
- 第1の内輪及び第1の外輪を有する第1の転がり軸受と、
第2の内輪及び第2の外輪を有する第2の転がり軸受と、
前記第1の外輪及び前記第2の外輪が嵌合されている内周部を有するハウジングと、
前記第1の内輪及び前記第2の内輪がそれぞれ一体回転可能に固定されている外周部、及び軸方向に向かって外部に露出している両端部を有する軸体と、
前記第1の転がり軸受及び前記第2の転がり軸受の軸方向位置を所定に制限している軸受規制手段と、
前記第1の転がり軸受に固定されており、前記軸体のねじれによって前記第1の内輪に生じる絶対回転角度を第1の出力信号に変換する第1の磁気式角度センサと、
前記第2の転がり軸受に固定されており、前記ねじれによって前記第2の内輪に生じる絶対回転角度を第2の出力信号に変換する第2の磁気式角度センサと、を備えているトルクセンサユニット。 - 前記第1の磁気式角度センサが、前記第1の転がり軸受に対して前記第2の転がり軸受側に位置しており、
前記第2の磁気式角度センサが、前記第2の転がり軸受に対して前記第1の転がり軸受側に位置している請求項1に記載のトルクセンサユニット。 - 前記軸受規制手段が、前記第1の転がり軸受及び前記第2の転がり軸受の軸受内部すきまを無くす予圧を行う請求項1又は2に記載のトルクセンサユニット。
- 前記第1の磁気式角度センサ及び前記第2の磁気式角度センサのそれぞれが、円周方向に並んだ複数の磁極対からなる主尺磁石と、前記主尺磁石と同心円状に前記複数と異なる対数で並んだ磁極対からなる副尺磁石と、前記主尺磁石の磁束密度を検出する第1の磁気センサと、前記副尺磁石の磁束密度を検出する第2の磁気センサとを有する請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のトルクセンサユニット。
- 前記第1の磁気式角度センサ及び前記第2の磁気式角度センサのそれぞれが、直径方向に磁化された円筒形磁石と、前記円筒形磁石の磁場の接戦方向成分を検出する第1の磁気センサと、前記磁場の半径方向成分を検出する第2の磁気センサとを有する請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のトルクセンサユニット。
