Claims (5)
- 像担持体の外周面に非接触で対向配置されるローラー本体を備え、
前記ローラー本体は、アルミニウムを含む金属からなる基体の外周面に形成されたアルミニウム水和酸化被膜からなるベーマイト層と、前記ベーマイト層の表面に導電性を有する樹脂材料で形成された樹脂コート層と、を有する現像ローラー。 - 前記樹脂コート層の材質は、酸化チタンを分散状に含むナイロン樹脂である請求項1に記載の現像ローラー。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の現像ローラーと、
トナー及び磁性キャリアからなる磁気ブラシによって前記現像ローラーの表面にトナー層を形成する磁気ローラーと、を備える現像装置。 - 前記現像ローラー及び前記磁気ローラーそれぞれの内部に設けられ、前記現像ローラーと前記磁気ローラーとの対向位置で前記磁気ブラシを引き合う磁界を発生させる磁石を更に備え、
前記現像ローラーは、予め定められた回転方向へ回転し、
前記磁気ローラーは、前記現像ローラーの外周面に非接触で対向配置され、前記現像ローラーの回転方向と同じ回転方向へ回転し、前記対向位置に形成された前記磁気ブラシが前記現像ローラーの表面に接触して前記磁気ブラシから前記トナーが転移することによって前記現像ローラーの表面に前記トナー層を形成する請求項3に記載の現像装置。 - 請求項3又は4に記載の現像装置を備える画像形成装置。
