Description
‐ ハウジング内で、それぞれ少なくとも1つの流入部分通路及び流出部分通路が、ピッチ円上に均等に分配配置した際に生じるn個の可能な位置のうち、最大でn−3個のスクリーン位置に連通しており、
‐ m番目のスクリーン位置(ただし、m<n)で、スクリーン交換開口が、ハウジング要素の少なくとも一方に設けられており、
‐ (m+1)番目のスクリーン位置に逆洗スクリーン位置が設けられており、
‐ (m−1)番目のスクリーン位置に、スクリーン開口がスクリーン交換開口に進入する前に、スクリーン開口を無圧にするための遮断位置が設けられており、
‐ (m+2)番目のスクリーン位置と、(m−2)番目のスクリーン位置とに、それぞれ長穴形の流出部分通路が設けられている。
Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1つの流入通路(33)を有する前側のハウジング要素(30;30′)及び少なくとも1つの流出通路(23)を有する後側のハウジング要素(20)を有するハウジングと、
前記ハウジング要素(20,30;30′)間に回転可能に支承されるスクリーンホイール(10;10′)と、
を備え、
該スクリーンホイール(10;10′)は、環状域に配置されたn個のスクリーン位置を有し、該スクリーン位置には、それぞれ、少なくとも1つのスクリーンインサートエレメントが設けられた少なくとも1つのスクリーン開口(11.1,...,11.12)が設けられており、
前記流入通路(33)、前記流出通路(23)及び前記スクリーン開口(11.1,...,11.12)は、前記スクリーンホイール(10;10′)のすべての回転位置で、少なくとも1つの作業位置で連なって位置して、流動通路を形成している、高粘度の媒体用の異物分離器(100;100′)であって、
前記スクリーンホイール(10;10′)のすべての回転位置で、前記少なくとも1つの流入通路(33)から高粘度の媒体が流入するとともにそこから前記少なくとも1つの流出通路へ高粘度の媒体が流出するという貫流を、前記スクリーン開口(11.1,...,11.12)の50%より多くが、受けることが可能であり、
前記前側のハウジング要素に設けられた流入通路及び前記後側のハウジング要素に設けられた流出通路は、3以上の流入部分通路(31.1,...,31.12)及び3以上の流出部分通路(22.1,...,22.12)に分岐されている、並びに/または、3以上の流入部分通路(31.1,...,31.12)及び3以上の流出部分通路(22.1,...,22.12)に分割されており、
前記3以上の流入部分通路(31.1,...,31.12)及び前記3以上の流出部分通路(22.1,...,22.12)が、前記流入通路(33)及び前記流出通路(23)から放射状に延びており、
前記3以上の流入部分通路(31.1,...,31.12)及び前記3以上の流出部分通路(22.1,...,22.12)は、前記環状域に配置されているか、又は当該環状域を横切る、複数のスクリーン位置に接続されている分配通路(32)に開口しており、当該分配通路(32)は弧状又はトラバース線状であり、
前記3以上の流入部分通路(31.1,...,31.12)は、前記流入通路(33)から前記分配通路(32)まで等しい長さであり、
前記3以上の流出部分通路(22.1,...,22.12)は、前記流出通路(23)から前記分配通路(32)まで等しい長さである
ことを特徴とする高粘度の媒体用の異物分離器。 - 前記流入通路(33)及び/又は前記流出通路は、中央において、前記スクリーンホイール(10;10′)の中心軸線の領域内に配置されている、請求項1記載の異物分離器。
- 前記流入通路及び/又は前記流出通路は、非中央において、前記スクリーンホイールの中心軸線の領域外に配置されている、請求項1記載の異物分離器。
- 前記流入部分通路(31.1,...,31.12)が分岐する前記流入通路(33)の分岐箇所及び/又は前記流出部分通路(22.1,...,22.12)が合流する合流箇所は、それぞれ、前記スクリーンホイール(10;10′)の回転軸線上にか、又は回転軸線の近傍に配置されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の異物分離器。
- それぞれの流入部分通路(31.1,...,31.12)及び/又はそれぞれの流出部分通路(22.1,...,22.12)は、同じ流動抵抗を有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の異物分離器。
- それぞれの流入部分通路(31.1,...,31.12)及び/又はそれぞれの流出部分通路(22.1,...,22.12)は、同じ横断面積を有している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の異物分離器。
- 前記流入部分通路(31.1,...,31.12)及び/又は前記流出部分通路(22.1,...,22.12)において、部分通路に沿った周囲温度が、温度調整素子により変更可能であり、かつ長さ、横断面積及び部分通路(22.1,...,22.12;31.1,...,31.12)に沿った周囲温度が、それぞれ同じ体積流量が生じるように互いに調整されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の異物分離器。
- 前記スクリーン位置の少なくとも1つが、逆洗スクリーン位置として形成されており、前記後側のハウジング要素(20)において、少なくとも1つの流出部分通路(21.5)が、前記逆洗スクリーン位置にあるスクリーン開口のクリーンサイドに連通しており、かつ前記逆洗スクリーン位置のダーティサイドから、出口開口(35)が前記ハウジングの外側へと延在している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の異物分離器。
- 少なくとも1つのn番目のスクリーン位置で、スクリーン交換開口(34)が、前記ハウジング要素(20,30;30′)の少なくとも一方に設けられている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の異物分離器。
- 前記スクリーン位置の少なくとも1つが、空気抜き位置として形成されており、少なくとも1つの流出部分通路(21.5)又は流入部分通路が、前記空気抜き位置に連通しており、かつ出口開口(35)が前記ハウジングの外側へと延在している、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の異物分離器。
- 前記逆洗位置及び前記空気抜き位置は、1つの位置に統合されており、該位置に空気抜き及び/又は逆洗のための少なくとも1つの出口開口(35)が設けられている、請求項10記載の異物分離器。
- 前記出口開口(35)は、遮断ゲートユニット(60)を介して閉鎖可能である、請求項10又は11記載の異物分離器。
- 前記流入部分通路及び/又は前記流出部分通路(22.1,...,22.12)は、前記スクリーンホイール(10;10′)に面した側でホッパ状に拡張されている、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の異物分離器。
- 前記逆洗スクリーン位置に隣接する流出部分通路(21.1,21.5)は、前記後側のハウジング要素(20)において、前記スクリーンホイール(10;10′)に向かって拡張されて、非円形の分配器(22.1,22.5)を形成しているか、又は前記流出部分通路(21.1,21.5)に支流通路が接続されている、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の異物分離器。
- 前記スクリーン位置(11.1,...11.12)は、1つの共通の環状域内で交互に、互いに間隔を置いた2つのピッチ円上に配置されている、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載の異物分離器。
