Claims (6)
- 導電体からなる第1アンテナパターン、及び、前記第1アンテナパターンを保持し、誘電体からなる第1基体を有する第1アンテナ部と、導電体からなる第2アンテナパターン、及び、前記第2アンテナパターンを保持し、前記第1基体と誘電率の異なる誘電体からなる第2基体を有する第2アンテナ部とを一体に備えたマルチバンドアンテナであって、
前記第2基体が、前記第1アンテナ部及び前記第2アンテナパターンが埋め込まれた射出成形品であり、
全体として略直方体をなし、前記第1アンテナパターン及び前記第2アンテナパターンが互いに直交する面に設けられ、
前記第1基体の隣接する複数の側面および前記第2基体の隣接する複数の側面がマルチバンドアンテナの表面に露出し、前記第1アンテナパターンが前記第1基体の前記隣接する複数の側面に設けられ、前記第2アンテナパターンが前記第2基体の前記隣接する複数の側面に設けられたマルチバンドアンテナ。 - 前記第1基体が、前記第1アンテナパターンをインサート部品とした射出成形品である請求項1記載のマルチバンドアンテナ。
- 前記第1基体及び前記第2基体が、ベース樹脂の異なる樹脂からなる請求項1又は2に記載のマルチバンドアンテナ。
- 導電体からなる第1アンテナパターン、及び、前記第1アンテナパターンを保持し、誘電体からなる第1基体を有する第1アンテナ部と、導電体からなる第2アンテナパターン、及び、前記第2アンテナパターンを保持し、前記第1基体と誘電率の異なる誘電体からなる第2基体を有する第2アンテナ部とを備え、全体として略直方体をなし、前記第1アンテナパターン及び前記第2アンテナパターンが互いに直交する面に設けられ、前記第1基体の隣接する複数の側面および前記第2基体の隣接する複数の側面がマルチバンドアンテナの表面に露出し、前記第1アンテナパターンが前記第1基体の前記隣接する複数の側面に設けられ、前記第2アンテナパターンが前記第2基体の前記隣接する複数の側面に設けられたマルチバンドアンテナを製造するための方法であって、
前記第1アンテナ部を形成する工程と、前記第1アンテナ部及び前記第2アンテナパターンをインサート部品として前記第2基体を射出成形することにより、前記第2基体に前記第1アンテナ部及び前記第2アンテナパターンを埋め込んだ状態で前記1アンテナ部と前記第2アンテナ部とを一体化する工程とを有するマルチバンドアンテナの製造方法。 - 前記第1アンテナ部を、前記第1アンテナパターンをインサート部品として前記第1基体を射出成形することにより形成する請求項4記載のマルチバンドアンテナの製造方法。
- 前記第1基体及び前記第2基体を、誘電率の異なる樹脂で二色成形する請求項5記載のマルチバンドアンテナの製造方法。
