Description
(a)前記シート積層体は、前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物シートと該熱可塑性樹脂組成物シートよりもタイヤ周方向での幅が広いエラストマーシートを貼り合わせてなるシート積層体であり、
かつ、
(b)前記シート積層体の両端部においてそれぞれ前記エラストマーシートの幅の超過部分が前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物シート側に折り返されており、該折り返された箇所が前記シート積層体の端部として該シート積層体の他端と重ね合わされている、
ことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。
(2)前記エラストマーシートの厚さが、0.1mm以上1mm以下であることを特徴とする上記(1)記載の空気入りタイヤ。
(3)前記エラストマーシートの折り返し幅が、3mm以上80mm以下であることを特徴とする上記(1)または(2)記載の空気入りタイヤ。
(4)前記重ね合わせ部分において、前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物シートのラップ長さLが5mm以上25mm以下であることを特徴とする上記(1)〜(3)のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
(5)熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性樹脂とエラストマーのブレンド物からなる熱可塑性樹脂組成物シートとエラストマーシートとを積層してなるシート積層体を前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物シートがタイヤ内腔側となるように環状に成形し、前記シート積層体の端部を該シート積層体の他端と重ね合わせてラップスプライス部を成形する工程を含むタイヤの製造方法において、前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物シートと該熱可塑性樹脂組成物シートよりもタイヤ周方向での幅が広いエラストマーシートを貼り合わせてシート積層体とし、さらに、前記シート積層体の両端部においてそれぞれ前記エラストマーシートの幅の超過部分を熱可塑性樹脂組成物シート側に折り返し、該折り返した箇所を前記シート積層体の端部として該シート積層体の他端と重ね合わせて加硫成形工程に供することを特徴とする空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
(6)前記エラストマーシートの厚さが、0.1mm以上1mm以下であることを特徴とする上記(5)記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
(7)前記エラストマーシートの折り返し幅が、3mm以上80mm以下であることを特徴とする上記(5)または(6)記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
(8)前記重ね合わせ部分において、前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物シートのラップ長さLが5mm以上25mm以下であることを特徴とする上記(5)〜(7)のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
(9)前記エラストマーシートの幅の超過部分を、熱可塑性樹脂組成物シート側に折り返しするに際して、該エラストマーシートの温度を40℃以上120℃以下の温度条件下で行うことを特徴とする上記(5)〜(8)のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
(a)前記シート積層体1として、前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物シート2と該熱可塑性樹脂組成物シート2よりもタイヤ周方向での幅が広いエラストマーシート3を貼り合わせたシート積層体1を用いて、
かつ、
(b)前記シート積層体1の両端部においてそれぞれ前記エラストマーシート3の幅の超過部分を、前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物シート2側に折り返し、該折り返した箇所を前記シート積層体1の端部として他端と重ね合わされて成形されてなることを特徴とするものである。
試験タイヤとして、ベルト2層、カーカス1層のタイヤ構造を有するタイヤサイズ195/65R15 91H(15x6J)の試験タイヤを、参考例1〜6、実施例1〜6、比較例1ごとに各5本ずつを製造した。
評価結果は、表3、表4に示したとおりである。
参考例1〜6、実施例1〜6、比較例1ごとに、各5本ずつ製造した試験タイヤについて、以下の評価基準に従い、3段階評価を行った。
(a)優秀……3本がスプライス部で剥がれが認められないもの、
(b)良い……寸法が1mm×1mm以下の剥がれが、1本でもあったもの(他は剥がれが認められない)、
(c)不良……寸法が1mm×1mmよりも大きな剥がれが、1本でもあったもの(他は剥がれが認められない)、

Claims (9)
- 熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性樹脂とエラストマーのブレンド物からなる熱可塑性樹脂組成物シートとエラストマーシートとを積層してなるシート積層体が前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物シートをタイヤ内腔側として配設されており、前記シート積層体の端部が該シート積層体の他端と重ね合わされて成形されたラップスプライス部を有する空気入りタイヤにおいて、
(a)前記シート積層体は、前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物シートと該熱可塑性樹脂組成物シートよりもタイヤ周方向での幅が広いエラストマーシートを貼り合わせてなるシート積層体であり、
かつ、
(b)前記シート積層体の両端部においてそれぞれ前記エラストマーシートの幅の超過部分が前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物シート側に折り返されており、該折り返された箇所が前記シート積層体の端部として該シート積層体の他端と重ね合わされている、
ことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記エラストマーシートの厚さTが、0.1mm以上1mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記エラストマーシートの折り返し幅Wが、3mm以上80mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記重ね合わせ部分において、前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物シートのラップ長さLが5mm以上25mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性樹脂とエラストマーのブレンド物からなる熱可塑性樹脂組成物シートとエラストマーシートとを積層してなるシート積層体を前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物シートがタイヤ内腔側となるように環状に成形し、前記シート積層体の端部を該シート積層体の他端と重ね合わせてラップスプライス部を成形する工程を含むタイヤの製造方法において、前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物シートと該熱可塑性樹脂組成物シートよりもタイヤ周方向での幅が広いエラストマーシートを貼り合わせてシート積層体とし、さらに、前記シート積層体の両端部においてそれぞれ前記エラストマーシートの幅の超過部分を熱可塑性樹脂組成物シート側に折り返し、該折り返した箇所を前記シート積層体の端部として該シート積層体の他端と重ね合わせて加硫成形工程に供することを特徴とする空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記エラストマーシートの厚さTが、0.1mm以上1mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記エラストマーシートの折り返し幅Wが、3mm以上80mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記重ね合わせ部分において、前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物シートのラップ長さLが5mm以上25mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項5〜7のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記エラストマーシートの幅の超過部分を、熱可塑性樹脂組成物シート側に折り返しするに際して、該エラストマーシートの温度を40℃以上120℃以下の温度条件下で行うことを特徴とする請求項5〜8のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
