Description
Claims (4)
- ピストンの製造方法であって、
前記ピストンの燃焼室キャビティ側から、前記ピストンの半径方向外側に向かって、ピストンブランク内部に円周方向に溝を形成するステップと、
前記溝を少なくともひとつの金属板によって覆うステップと、
前記少なくともひとつの金属板を前記ピストンブランクに結合するステップと
を備え、
前記溝が前記燃焼室キャビティのクーリングチャンネルを構成し、
前記結合するステップは、前記少なくともひとつの金属板を再溶融するステップを含み、
前記再溶融するステップは、前記少なくともひとつの金属板の少なくとも一部のジョイントプロセスとして行う、
ことを特徴とするピストンの製造方法。 - 前記結合するステップの後に、前記少なくともひとつの金属板を成形するステップをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のピストンの製造方法。
- 前記ピストンの側面から半径方向に向かって円周方向に実質的にV字形状の溝を形成するステップと、
前記V字形状の溝の内部に材料を充填するステップと、
前記充填した材料に対して、環状の溝を形成するステップと、
をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のピストンの製造方法。 - 前記クーリングチャンネルは、前記環状の溝よりも、前記燃焼室キャビティに近い位置に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のピストンの製造方法。
