Claims (8)
- 自動車で用いるための蓄熱器であって、
蓄熱容器(16)がエンジン冷却液回路内へ組み込まれており、そこを通じてエンジン作動時に流通が行われ、かつエンジンオフ時に前記エンジン冷却液回路から切り離され、前記蓄熱容器(16)が内部容器(20)と外部容器(21)を有し、それらの両方が入口開口と出口開口とを有し、
中間断熱層(22)が前記内部容器(20)及び前記外部容器(21)の間に設けられ、
エンジン作動時に、前記内部容器(20)を蓄熱材が流通し、エンジンオフ時に、断熱された蓄熱可能な蓄熱体という意味において、前記内部容器(20)が切り離し可能であり、
前記蓄熱器が高温の冷却液を前記エンジンに送り、低温の冷却液が前記蓄熱器内に流入し、前記蓄熱器によって高い温度に再加熱され、前記冷却液回路に低温の冷却液のみでなく予熱された冷却液も供給され、
前記内部容器(20)及び前記外部容器(21)の各々が取り外し可能な蓋要素(23,24)を有し、
前記内部容器(20)がピン(25,26)によって前記外部容器(21)内に固定されていることを特徴とする蓄熱器。 - 前記断熱層(22)が、真空排気された断熱体として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の蓄熱器。
- 前記断熱体が、プレスされたシリカ粉末を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の蓄熱器。
- 前記内部容器(20)と前記外部容器(21)がプラスチックで作られていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄熱器。
- 前記入口開口が入口接続要素として構成され、前記出口開口が出口接続要素として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の蓄熱器。
- 前記入口接続要素及び前記出口接続要素がバルブによって閉鎖および開放されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の蓄熱器。
- 前記入口接続要素及び前記出口接続要素が前記内部容器(20)及び前記外部容器(21)の前記蓋要素(23,24)の開口部(30,31)を通過していることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の蓄熱器。
- 前記蓄熱器が複数のチャンバを含み、これらのチャンバの少なくとも2つが、少なくとも1つの開口部によって互いに連通するように結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の蓄熱器。
