Claims (10)
- 薬剤送出装置(1、100、200)のためのリザーバユニット(40、140、240)であって、
流体物質を収容するように構成されたハウジングであって、流体物質が密封されるようにそのハウジングの内壁に接触して配置される変位可能な壁(43、143、243)を備えるハウジング(41、141、241)と、
流体出口(52、152、252)と、
別のリザーバの内部との流体連通をもたらすための第1の流体連絡手段(53、153、253)と、
前記ハウジング(41、141、241)の内部(44、144、244)との流体連通をもたらすための第2の流体連絡手段(54、154、254)と
を備える流体輸送部材(50、150、250)と、
前記別のリザーバに組み合わせられた対をなす結合手段につながるように構成された結合手段(45、145、245)と
を備え、
前記変位可能な壁(43、143、243)が、貫通穴(48、148、248)を有する軸方向に摺動可能なピストンを備えており、前記流体輸送部材(50、150、250)の一部分が、前記リザーバユニット(40、140、240)の出口(42、142、242)から前記貫通穴(48、148、248)を少なくとも途中まで通って延び、

前記容積可変のリザーバ(22)の容積を変化させるための手段と
を備えており、
前記容積可変のリザーバ(22)と前記リザーバユニット(40、140、240)が、同軸に接続可能な別個のユニットであり、
前記容積可変のリザーバ(22)および前記リザーバユニット(40、140、240)の一部分が、前記容積可変のリザーバ(22)と前記リザーバユニット(40、140、240)とが接続されるときに、第1の相対位置から第2の相対位置へ相対的な軸方向移動を伴うように構成され、
前記容積可変のリザーバ(22)および前記リザーバユニット(40、140、240)の一部分を前記第1の相対位置から前記第2の相対位置へ移行させることで、前記リザーバユニット(40、140、240)の容積の減少が生じる薬剤送出装置(1、100、200)。 - 前記容積可変のリザーバ(22)および前記リザーバユニット(40、140、240)の一部分を前記第1の相対位置から前記第2の相対位置へ移行させることで、前記リザーバユニット(40、140、240)がつぶれる請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記容積可変のリザーバ(22)が、薬剤注射装置(20)の一部を形成しており、前記容積可変のリザーバ(22)の容積を選択的に変化させるための手段が、リザーバの可動の壁(25)の変位を生じさせるように構成された注射機構を備える請求項4または5に記載の装置。
- 前記注射機構が、注射ボタン(28)の第1の操作によって投薬量の物質を吐出するように動作し、前記容積可変のリザーバ(22)および前記リザーバユニット(40、140、240)の一部分が、前記注射ボタン(28)の第2の操作によって前記第1の相対位置から前記第2の相対位置へ移行するように構成されている請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記薬剤注射装置(20)が、ユーザにとって選択可能な投薬量の設定のための投薬量設定機構をさらに備える請求項6または7に記載の装置。
- 前記容積可変のリザーバ(22)と前記リザーバユニット(40、140、240)とを、本体部材(11)と、前記容積可変のリザーバ(22)との結合のための第1の結合手段(15、16)と、前記リザーバユニット(40、140、240)の結合手段(45、145、245)との結合のための第2の結合手段(12)とを備える結合要素(10)によって接続することができ、前記第1の結合手段(15、16)および前記第2の結合手段(12)の少なくとも一方が、前記容積可変のリザーバ(22)または前記リザーバユニット(40、140、240)を前記本体部材(11)に対して2つの安定した位置に位置づける構造となっている請求項4から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の結合手段(15、16)および前記第2の結合手段(12)の少なくとも一方がさらに、前記容積可変のリザーバ(22)と前記リザーバユニット(40、140、240)との接続に応答して、前記容積可変のリザーバ(22)または前記リザーバユニット(40、140、240)を、前記本体部材(11)に対する第1の安定な位置から前記本体部材(11)に対する第2の安定な位置へ移動させる構造となっている請求項9に記載の装置。
