Description
Claims (11)
- バイオセンサカートリッジ中の磁性物体又は磁化可能物体の運動を制御するための方法であって、
(a)側方にのびるセンサ表面を持つバイオセンサカートリッジと、前記センサ表面の下に配置された少なくとも2つの磁場発生手段及び前記センサ表面の上に配置された少なくとも1つの磁場発生手段とを設けるステップと、
(b)前記発生した磁場が、前記磁性物体又は磁化可能物体を、前記センサ表面に垂直に、前記センサ表面に対して進退させて交互に移動させるように、前記磁場発生手段を交互に作動させるステップであって、前記交互作動のパルス長は、前記側方にのびるセンサ表面に沿った磁性物体又は磁化可能物体の側方運動が回避されるように調節され、前記センサ表面の下に配置された少なくとも2つの磁場発生手段が、前記磁性物体又は磁化可能物体を前記センサ表面へ近づけるために反対の極性で同時に作動されるか、又は、前記磁性物体又は磁化可能物体を前記センサ表面から離すために、前記センサ表面の下に配置された少なくとも2つの磁場発生手段が同時にオフにされ、前記センサ表面の上に配置された少なくとも1つの磁場発生手段がオンにされる、ステップと、
を有する方法。 - 検出パルスを与えるステップをさらに有し、その間に前記磁性物体又は磁化可能物体の重力方向の運動が回避されるように前記磁場が調節される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記センサ表面に結合した前記磁性物体又は磁化可能物体が前記検出パルス中に検出される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記交互作動の周波数が1Hzより大きく10Hzより低く、又は2Hzより大きく6Hzより低く、又は3乃至5Hzであり、又は4Hzである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記交互作動の周期中に、前記センサ表面に位置する磁性物体又は磁化可能物体が、最初に所定の距離だけ前記表面から離れ、その後同じ所定の距離だけ前記表面に近づく、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記交互作動の周期内に、前記磁性物体又は磁化可能物体を前記センサ表面へ近づけるための第1のパルス長を持つ磁場を発生させ、
その後、前記磁性物体又は磁化可能物体を前記センサ表面から離すための第2のパルス長を持つ磁場を発生させ、前記第1のパルス長と前記第2のパルス長の間に発生磁場のない時間間隔を発生させる、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記発生磁場強度を持つ前記第1のパルス長と、前記発生磁場強度を持つ前記第2のパルス長が、前記磁性物体又は磁化可能物体が前記センサ表面から離れる運動及び前記センサ表面に近づく運動の位相中に同じ距離だけ移動するように調節される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び/又は第2のパルス長が前記周期の少なくとも5%、又は少なくとも20%、又は25%、及び又は40%未満である、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のパルス長と前記第2のパルス長の間の前記時間間隔が、前記周期の30%より大きく、又は40%より大きく、又は50%より大きい、請求項6に記載の方法。
- バイオセンサシステムであって、
(a)側方にのびるセンサ表面を持つバイオセンサカートリッジと、
(b)前記センサ表面の下に配置された少なくとも2つの磁場発生手段及び前記センサ表面の上に配置された少なくとも1つの磁場発生手段と、
(c)前記発生した磁場が、磁性物体又は磁化可能物体を前記センサ表面に垂直に、前記センサ表面に対して進退させて交互に移動させるように、前記磁場発生手段を交互に作動させるための駆動ユニットであって、前記駆動ユニットは前記センサ表面に沿った前記磁性物体又は磁化可能物体の側方運動を回避する前記交互作動のパルス長を発生させる、駆動ユニットと、
を有し、
前記駆動ユニットが、前記磁性物体又は磁化可能物体を前記センサ表面に近づけるために、前記センサ表面の下に配置された少なくとも2つの磁場発生手段を反対の極性で同時に作動させ、及び/又は、前記磁性物体又は磁化可能物体を前記センサ表面から離すために、前記センサ表面の下に配置された少なくとも2つの磁場発生手段を同時にオフにさせ、前記センサ表面の上に配置された少なくとも1つの磁場発生手段をオンにさせる、
バイオセンサシステム。 - 前記バイオセンサカートリッジが取り外し可能に配置される、請求項10に記載のバイオセンサシステム。
