鉄又は鉄ベースの粉末組成物は圧縮金型に移され、400から1500MPaの間の圧縮圧力で圧縮される。新しい潤滑組合せの潤滑作用をさらに利用するために、30℃から100℃の温度の間、好ましくは50℃から90℃の温度の間の温度まで金型を加熱することができる。圧縮の後、圧縮部品は圧縮金型から突き出され、焼結炉へ移される。好ましい実施形態では、グリーン強度をさらに改善するために、圧縮されて突き出された部品は、焼結前に、物質Cの融点より高いが物質Cの分解温度より低い、例えば400℃より低い、又は好ましくは325℃より低い温度で、空気中、又はより好ましくは窒素などの不活性雰囲気で熱処理を受ける。圧縮部品は、焼結前にさらに機械加工されてもよい。
見かけの密度はISO3923−1に従って測定し、流動はISO4490に従って測定した。
600MPaの圧縮圧力で、組成物4、5及び6については60℃、他の組成物については80℃の金型温度で、ISO3995に従って異なる組成物をTRS試験片に圧縮した。
異なる組成物は、組成物4、5及び6については60℃、他の組成物については80℃の金型温度で、600MPaで直径25mm及び高さ15mmの円柱にも圧縮された。圧縮部品の突出しの間、突出し力を突出し距離の関数として測定し、突出しエネルギーを計算した。突出し距離の関数としての対数突出し力を示す曲線の特性から、スティックスリップ現象が起こったかどうかを判定した。
Claims (12)
- 鉄又は鉄ベースの粉末組成物、並びに
物質A、物質B及び物質Cを含む潤滑組合せ
を含む金属粉組成物であって、
物質Aはポリオレフィンであり、
物質Bは、ステアリルエルカミドを除く飽和及び不飽和の脂肪酸アミド、飽和及び不飽和の脂肪酸ビスアミド、飽和脂肪族アルコール、並びに脂肪酸グリセロールからなる群から選択され、
物質Cは、500g/モルから30000g/モルの間の分子量を有するアミドオリゴマーであり、
物質A、B及びCそれぞれの鉄又は鉄ベースの粉末組成物の重量パーセントでの量は、
0.05≦A+B<0.4重量%、
C≧0.3重量%、
A+B+C≦2.0重量%であり、
物質AとBとの間の関係は、2≧B/A>0.5である、金属粉組成物。 - 物質Bが、ステアリルエルカミドを除く飽和及び不飽和の脂肪酸アミド、不飽和の脂肪酸ビスアミド、飽和脂肪族アルコール、並びに脂肪酸グリセロールからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の金属粉組成物。
- 物質Aが、400g/モルから10000g/モルの重量平均分子量を有するポリオレフィンである、請求項1又は2に記載の金属粉組成物。
- 物質Bが、ステアリルエルカミドを除く飽和及び不飽和の脂肪酸アミドの、ラウリン酸アミド、ミリスチン酸アミド、パルミチン酸アミド、ステアリン酸アミド、オレイン酸アミド、アラキン酸アミド及びベヘン酸アミド;不飽和脂肪酸ビスアミドのエチレン−ビス−オレアミド、エチレン−ビス−エルカミド、ヘキシレン−ビス−オレアミド及びヘキシレン−ビス−エルカミド;ミリスチン酸アルコール、セチルアルコール、ステアリルアルコール、アルキジルアルコール又はベヘニルアルコールの飽和脂肪族アルコール;並びに飽和脂肪酸グリセロールのグリセロール1−モノステアレート及びグリセロール1,2−ジステアレートからなる群から選択される、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の金属粉組成物。
- 物質Cが1000g/モルから15000g/モルの間の重量平均分子量を有するアミドオリゴマーである、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の金属粉組成物。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の潤滑組合せを提供する段階と、
該潤滑組合せを鉄又は鉄ベースの粉末と混合する段階と、
その混合によって得られる混合物を物質Aの融点ピークより高いが物質Cの融点ピークよりも低い温度に加熱する段階と、
その加熱によって得られる加熱混合物を、混合する間に、より微細な粒子を鉄又は鉄ベースの粉末粒子の表面に結合させるために冷却する段階と
を含む、金属粉組成物の製造方法。 - 前記加熱段階で、前記混合によって得られる混合物が物質Bの融点ピークより高い温度に加熱される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記鉄又は鉄ベースの粉末が、黒鉛及び/又は他の合金元素、硬相材料、機械加工強化剤及び/又は焼結強化剤を含む、請求項6又は7に記載の方法。
- 冷却段階中に流動強化剤を加える段階をさらに含む、請求項6から8までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項6から9までのいずれか一項に記載の方法によって製造される金属粉組成物を提供する段階と、
周囲温度から100℃の間の金型温度において400〜1500MPaの圧縮圧力で金型中の金属粉組成物を圧縮して圧縮部品を得る段階と、
圧縮部品を金型から突き出す段階と
を含む、強化されたグリーン強度を有する末焼結部品の製造方法。 - 突き出された部品を、空気中又は不活性雰囲気中で、物質Cの融点より高いが分解温度よりも低い温度で加熱する段階をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 部品を機械加工する段階をさらに含む、請求項10又は11に記載の方法。
