Claims (4)
- 前遊星歯車系と、後遊星歯車系と、フローティング歯車(1)とを備え、その中で、前遊星歯車系が1つの多段歯車変速機構(11)から構成され、後遊星歯車系が後太陽歯車(5)、後遊星歯車(6)、および後内歯輪(10)からなり、前記後内歯輪(10)が前記フローティング歯車(1)の内周面に前記フローティング歯車(1)と一体に成形され、当該多段歯車変速機構(11)が1つの入力歯車、複数組の出力歯車、および前内歯輪を備え、前記入力歯車が前記複数組の出力歯車中の1組に噛み合わされ、前記入力歯車が当該組の出力歯車を介して前記前内歯輪に伝動可能なように連結され、前記後太陽歯車(5)が前記後遊星歯車(6)を介して前記後内歯輪(10)に伝動可能なように連結され、前記後太陽歯車(5)の歯車中心および前記入力歯車の歯車中心が動力入力軸(2)に剛性的に連結され、前記後遊星歯車(6)の歯車中心が動力を出力するための動力出力軸(8)に連結され、前記複数組の出力歯車中の1組の出力歯車と前記入力歯車との減速比が、前記後遊星歯車(6)と前記後太陽歯車(5)との減速比と同じであることを特徴とするフローティング歯車多段変速機。
- 前記後遊星歯車(6)の歯車中心に前記動力出力軸(8)を連結するための連結ロッド(7)が設置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフローティング歯車多段変速機。
- 前記多段歯車変速機構(11)が、3〜30段歯車変速機構であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のフローティング歯車多段変速機。
- 前記複数組の出力歯車中の1組の出力歯車と前記入力歯車との減速比と、前記後遊星歯車(6)と前記後太陽歯車(5)との減速比との比が、1.0001〜1000:1或は1:1.0001〜1000であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のフローティング歯車多段変速機。
