Description
本発明の実施形態による建設機械及びバルブについて図1乃至図7に基づき説明する。以下、建設機械及びバルブの一例として油圧ショベル及びストップバルブをそれぞれ例にとって説明する
本発明によるバルブ及び建設機械は上述した実施の形態に限定されず、特許請求の範囲に記載した範囲で種々の変形や改良が可能である。

DR1 円筒軸方向、DR2 流路方向、PS1 開位置、PS2 閉位置
Claims (4)
- 流路管の途中に取り付けて流路管内の流体の流れを調節するバルブであって、
円筒軸を中心に回動可能な円筒形状から成り、円筒軸方向と前記流路管の流路方向とが直交するように前記流路管に挿入される円筒部材と、
前記円筒軸方向に対して直交するように前記円筒部材の周面部を貫通する流路孔と、
前記流路孔を前記流路管の流路からずらして前記流路を閉鎖する閉位置から前記流路孔を前記流路に合わせて前記流路を開放する開位置に向かう第1の方向への前記円筒部材の回動を前記開位置で停止させる停止手段と、
を備え、
前記開位置において、前記円筒部材は前記流路孔の入口部と前記流路管の流路とが一致する位置からさらに前記第1の方向に回動した位置にあり、流体の衝突に起因して前記第1の方向に前記円筒部材を回動させるように前記円筒部材の周面部の一部が前記流路管の流路のうち前記第1の方向とは反対側に出現することを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項1に記載のバルブにおいて、
前記停止手段は、前記開位置から前記閉位置に向かう第2の方向への前記円筒部材の回動を前記閉位置で停止させ、
前記閉位置においては、前記流路管の流路が前記円筒部材の周面部によって塞がれることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項2に記載のバルブにおいて、
前記停止手段は、
略円形状の一部に切欠き部を有し、前記円筒部材を前記第1の方向又は前記第2の方向に回動させる回動指示部材と、
前記開位置において前記切欠き部の一端側に当接して前記円筒部材の前記第1の方向への回動を停止させるとともに、前記閉位置において前記切欠き部の他端側に当接して前記円筒部材の前記第2の方向への回動を停止させるストッパーと、
を有することを特徴とするバルブ。 - 建設機械であって、
流路管と、
前記流路管の途中に取り付けて流路管内の流体の流れを調節するバルブと、
を備え、
前記バルブは、
円筒軸を中心に回動可能な円筒形状から成り、円筒軸方向と前記流路管の流路方向とが直交するように前記流路管に挿入される円筒部材と、
前記円筒軸方向に対して直交するように前記円筒部材の周面部を貫通する流路孔と、
前記流路孔を前記流路管の流路からずらして前記流路を閉鎖する閉位置から前記流路孔を前記流路に合わせて前記流路を開放する開位置に向かう第1の方向への前記円筒部材の回動を前記開位置で停止させる停止手段と、
を有し、
前記開位置においては、流体の衝突に起因して前記第1の方向に前記円筒部材を回動させるように前記円筒部材の周面部の一部が前記流路管の流路に出現することを特徴とする建設機械。
