Description
ガス再循環装置(EGR)15を配置する。吸気マニホールド3にエアクリーナ16を連結する。エアクリーナ16にて除塵・浄化された外部空気は、吸気マニホールド3に送られ、ディーゼルエンジン1の各気筒に供給されるように構成している。
エンジン1の燃費が向上される。
に圧送され、高圧の燃料がコモンレール43に蓄えられると共に、前記各インジェクタの燃料噴射バルブがそれぞれ開閉制御されることによって、コモンレール43内の高圧の燃料がディーゼルエンジン1の各気筒に噴射される。即ち、前記各インジェクタの燃料噴射バルブを電子制御することによって、燃料の噴射圧力、噴射時期、噴射期間(噴射量)を高精度にコントロールできる。したがって、ディーゼルエンジン1から排出される窒素酸化物(NOx)を低減できる。
8と第2ケース29が平行に配置され、第1ケース28と第2ケース29の対向側面の上方側に排気連結パイプ39を斜行させ、第1ケース28と第2ケース29の排気ガス移動側の幅寸法よりも排気連結パイプ39を長尺に形成し、尿素水の混合に必要な排気連結パイプ39内の排気ガス移動距離を充分に確保している。また、風洞板体92にて形成されるディーゼルエンジン1の冷却ファン24風路よりも、第1ケース28と第2ケース29を高位置に配置し、第1ケース28よりもさらに高位置に第2ケース29を配置している。即ち、ディーゼルエンジン1の風洞板体92(冷却ファン用シュラウド)上面よりも高位置に第1ケース28と第2ケース29が配置され、冷却ファン24の直上に第2ケース29が配置される。
からの冷却風にて、ディーゼルエンジン1の上面側を適正に冷却でき、ディーゼルエンジン1のオーバーヒート(出力損失)などを低減できるものでありながら、ディーゼルエンジン1の上面のうち、冷却ファン24設置側の上面に片寄らせて、第1ケース28と第2ケース29をコンパクトに設置できると共に、冷却ファン24からの冷却風にて前記各ケース28,29の温度が低下するのを簡単に抑制できる。

Claims (4)
- エンジンの排気ガス中の粒子状物質を除去する第1ケースと、前記エンジンの排気ガス中の窒素酸化物質を除去する第2ケースを備え、前記エンジンの上面側に前記第1ケースと第2ケースを付設するエンジン装置において、
前記エンジンの冷却ファン風路よりも高位置に前記第1ケースと第2ケースを配置すべく冷却ファンを覆う冷却ファン用シュラウド上面よりも高位置に前記第1ケースと前記第2ケースを配置し、前記第1ケースよりもさらに高位置に第2ケースを配置し、
前記エンジンのシリンダヘッドに立設されたケースブラケットに前記第1ケースを支持させ、
前記エンジンが搭載される機体の機体フレームのうち前記冷却ファン用シュラウドの直上に配置される機体フレームに前記第2ケースを支持するようにしたことを特徴とするエンジン装置。 - 前記ケースブラケットとして、前記シリンダヘッドの側面のうち前記冷却ファンに対向する側面に直交する2側面に振り分けて配置された第1支持脚体と第2支持脚体を備え、
前記第1ケースは、長手方向の一端側が前記第1支持脚体に締結バンドにて固定され、他端側が前記第2支持脚体に締結ボルトにて固定されている請求項1に記載のエンジン装置。 - 前記ケースブラケットとして、前記シリンダヘッドの側面のうち前記冷却ファンに対向する側面に直交する2側面に振り分けて配置された第1支持脚体と第2支持脚体を備え、
前記第1支持脚体及び前記第2支持脚体は、前記シリンダヘッドの上面側で前記冷却ファン寄りの位置に配置されて、前記エンジンの上面側に前記冷却ファン風を移動案内するエンジン冷却風ガイド作用を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジン装置。 - 前記冷却ファンの前側にラジエータを配置する請求項1に記載のエンジン装置。
