Claims (4)
- 少なくとも1つの検体溶液(P)を、マイクロフルイディックカートリッジ(MC)の少なくとも1つのチャンバ(2,2′)内で、少なくとも1つの試薬(R)と混合する方法であって、前記試薬(R)を少なくとも1つの可動コンポーネント(11,11′)によって前記検体溶液(P)に送って該検体溶液(P)に接触させ、前記可動コンポーネント(11,11′)は、スパチュラ(12,12′)構造のものである方法において、
前記可動コンポーネント(11,11′)のスパチュラ端部は、その前側および後側に前記試薬(R)を担持し、捕獲抗体がその前側に担持され、検出抗体がその後側上に不動化され、
前記可動コンポーネント(11,11′)は、少なくとも前記試薬(R)が前記検体溶液(P)と接触している間、円運動を行い、
前記試薬(R)が前記検体溶液(P)と接触する前、前記可動コンポーネント(11,11′)が、前記チャンバ(2)に通じる少なくとも1つの閉鎖状態のアクセス(14)を開く、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記可動コンポーネント(11,11′)は、少なくとも前記試薬(R)が前記検体溶液(P)と接触している間、回転運動を行う、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記可動コンポーネント(11,11′)は、少なくとも前記試薬(R)が前記検体溶液(P)と接触している間、揺動運動を行う、
請求項1または2に記載の方法。 - 前記可動コンポーネント(11,11′)は、前記試薬(R)を保持した部分(12,12′)が前記検体溶液(P)中に浸漬され、前記試薬(R)が前記検体溶液(P)によって完全に包囲されるようになる、
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
