Description
本発明の第12の態様に係る電力管理装置は、系統電力の単位電力量当たりの二酸化炭素排出量を示す二酸化炭素排出係数を記憶する二酸化炭素排出係数記憶部と、前記系統電力が電動車両の蓄電池に充電された場合はカウンタ値を加算し、住宅の発電装置から前記電動車両の蓄電池に発電電力が充電された場合は前記カウンタ値を保持し、前記電動車両の蓄電池から前記住宅に放電された場合は前記カウンタ値を減算する二酸化炭素排出量計算部と、を備え、前記二酸化炭素排出量計算部は、前記二酸化炭素排出係数記憶部が記憶した前記二酸化炭素排出係数に、前記電動車両の蓄電池と前記住宅の間で授受されている充放電電力を乗算した二酸化炭素排出量によって前記カウンタ値を更新する、ことを特徴とする。
本発明の第13の態様に係る電力管理プログラムは、電力管理装置に内蔵されたコンピュータによって実行される電力管理プログラムであって、前記コンピュータに、系統電力の単位電力量当たりの二酸化炭素排出量を示す二酸化炭素排出係数を記憶する記憶処理と、前記系統電力が電動車両の蓄電池に充電された場合はカウンタ値を加算し、住宅の発電装置から前記電動車両の蓄電池に発電電力が充電された場合は前記カウンタ値を保持し、前記電動車両の蓄電池から前記住宅に放電された場合は前記カウンタ値を減算する計算処理と、を実行させ、前記計算処理は、前記二酸化炭素排出係数に、前記電動車両の蓄電池と前記住宅の間で授受されている充放電電力を乗算した二酸化炭素排出量によって前記カウンタ値を更新する。
本発明の第14の態様に係る電力分配システムは、電力を発電する発電部と、前記発電部により発電された発電電力、電力系統から供給された系統電力、電動車両の蓄電池により充放電された充放電電力とを分配する電力分配部と、前記系統電力が前記電動車両の蓄電池に充電された場合はカウンタ値を加算し、前記発電部から前記電動車両の蓄電池に発電電力が充電された場合は前記カウンタ値を保持し、前記電動車両の蓄電池から住宅に放電された場合は前記カウンタ値を減算する電力管理部と、前記電力管理部により算出された前記カウンタ値に基づいて、前記電力分配部の動作を制御する制御部と、を備え、前記電力管理部は、前記系統電力の単位電力量当たりの二酸化炭素排出量を示す二酸化炭素排出係数を記憶し、前記二酸化炭素排出係数に、前記電動車両の蓄電池と前記住宅の間で授受されている充放電電力を乗算した二酸化炭素排出量によって前記カウンタ値を更新する、ことを特徴とする。

Claims (14)
- 電力系統から供給された系統電力が電動車両の蓄電池に充電されたことに応じてカウンタ値を加算し、住宅の発電装置から前記電動車両の蓄電池に発電電力が充電された場合には前記カウンタ値を保持する充電量積算手段と、
前記電動車両の蓄電池から前記住宅に放電したことに応じて前記カウンタ値を減算する放電量積算手段と
を備えることを特徴とする電力管理装置。 - 前記カウンタ値が所定の目標値となるまで前記電動車両の蓄電池から前記住宅に放電するよう制御する制御手段をさらに備えること特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力管理装置。
- 前記所定の目標値が零に設定され、
前記制御手段は、前記カウンタ値が零となるまで前記電動車両の蓄電池から前記住宅に放電するよう制御することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電力管理装置。 - 前記電動車両の走行距離を取得する走行距離取得手段をさらに備え、
前記系統電力の単位電力量当たりの二酸化炭素排出量を示す二酸化炭素排出係数と、目標となる前記電動車両の単位走行距離当たりの二酸化炭素排出量に対応したカウンタ値とが予め設定され、
前記充電量積算手段は、前記系統電力の前記電動車両の蓄電池への充電量に前記二酸化炭素排出係数を乗算して得た値を前記走行距離取得手段により取得した走行距離で除算した値を、前記カウンタ値に加算し、
前記制御手段は、目標となる前記電動車両の単位走行距離当たりの二酸化炭素排出量に対応したカウンタ値となるまで、前記電動車両の蓄電池から前記住宅に放電するよう制御することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電力管理装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記発電装置の翌日の発電電力量及び前記住宅の翌日の需要電力量の予測を行い、前記電動車両の蓄電池が満充電になると予測される場合にのみ、前記電動車両の蓄電池から前記住宅に放電するよう制御することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電力管理装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記電動車両の蓄電池から前記住宅に放電する放電量の上限値を、前記発電装置の翌日の発電電力量から前記住宅の翌日の需要電力量を差し引いた余剰電力量とすることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電力管理装置。
- 前記系統電力の単位電力量当たりの二酸化炭素排出量を示す二酸化炭素排出係数が予め設定され、
前記二酸化炭素排出係数に、前記電動車両の蓄電池と前記住宅の間で授受されている充放電電力を乗算した二酸化炭素排出量によって前記カウンタ値を更新することを特徴とする請求項5又は請求項6に記載の電力管理装置。 - 前記カウンタ値又は前記カウンタ値に相当する情報を表示する表示手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力管理装置。
- 前記充電量積算手段は、前記カウンタ値を、複数の電動車両に対する充電量に応じて加算し、
前記放電量積算手段は、前記カウンタ値を、複数の電動車両に対する放電量に応じて減算すること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力管理装置。 - 電力管理装置に内蔵されたコンピュータによって実行される電力管理プログラムであって、前記コンピュータを、
電力系統から供給された系統電力が電動車両の蓄電池に充電されたことに応じてカウンタ値を加算し、住宅の発電装置から前記電動車両の蓄電池に発電電力が充電された場合には前記カウンタ値を保持する充電量積算手段、
前記電動車両の蓄電池から前記住宅に放電したことに応じて前記カウンタ値を減算する放電量積算手段、
として機能させるための電力管理プログラム。 - 電力を発電する発電部と、
前記発電部により発電された発電電力、電力系統から供給された系統電力、電動車両の蓄電池により充放電された充放電電力とを分配する電力分配部と、
前記電力系統から供給された系統電力が電動車両の蓄電池に充電されたことに応じてカウンタ値を加算し、住宅の発電装置から前記電動車両の蓄電池に発電電力が充電された場合には前記カウンタ値を保持する充電量積算手段と、前記電動車両の蓄電池から放電したことに応じて前記カウンタ値を減算する放電量積算手段とを含む電力管理部と、
前記電力管理部により算出されたカウンタ値に基づいて、前記電力分配部の動作を制御する制御部と
を備えることを特徴とする電力分配システム。 - 系統電力の単位電力量当たりの二酸化炭素排出量を示す二酸化炭素排出係数を記憶する二酸化炭素排出係数記憶部と、
前記系統電力が電動車両の蓄電池に充電された場合はカウンタ値を加算し、住宅の発電装置から前記電動車両の蓄電池に発電電力が充電された場合は前記カウンタ値を保持し、前記電動車両の蓄電池から前記住宅に放電された場合は前記カウンタ値を減算する二酸化炭素排出量計算部と、を備え、
前記二酸化炭素排出量計算部は、前記二酸化炭素排出係数記憶部が記憶した前記二酸化炭素排出係数に、前記電動車両の蓄電池と前記住宅の間で授受されている充放電電力を乗算した二酸化炭素排出量によって前記カウンタ値を更新する、
ことを特徴とする電力管理装置。 - 電力管理装置に内蔵されたコンピュータによって実行される電力管理プログラムであって、前記コンピュータに、
系統電力の単位電力量当たりの二酸化炭素排出量を示す二酸化炭素排出係数を記憶する記憶処理と、
前記系統電力が電動車両の蓄電池に充電された場合はカウンタ値を加算し、住宅の発電装置から前記電動車両の蓄電池に発電電力が充電された場合は前記カウンタ値を保持し、前記電動車両の蓄電池から前記住宅に放電された場合は前記カウンタ値を減算する計算処理と、を実行させ、
前記計算処理は、前記二酸化炭素排出係数に、前記電動車両の蓄電池と前記住宅の間で授受されている充放電電力を乗算した二酸化炭素排出量によって前記カウンタ値を更新する、
電力管理プログラム。 - 電力を発電する発電部と、
前記発電部により発電された発電電力、電力系統から供給された系統電力、電動車両の蓄電池により充放電された充放電電力とを分配する電力分配部と、
前記系統電力が前記電動車両の蓄電池に充電された場合はカウンタ値を加算し、前記発電部から前記電動車両の蓄電池に発電電力が充電された場合は前記カウンタ値を保持し、前記電動車両の蓄電池から住宅に放電された場合は前記カウンタ値を減算する電力管理部と、
前記電力管理部により算出された前記カウンタ値に基づいて、前記電力分配部の動作を制御する制御部と、を備え、
前記電力管理部は、前記系統電力の単位電力量当たりの二酸化炭素排出量を示す二酸化炭素排出係数を記憶し、前記二酸化炭素排出係数に、前記電動車両の蓄電池と前記住宅の間で授受されている充放電電力を乗算した二酸化炭素排出量によって前記カウンタ値を更新する、
ことを特徴とする電力分配システム。
