Claims (23)
- 第1の末端と;第2の末端と;交差するように前記末端の間に配置される壁とを含む多孔質セラミック体であって、前記壁が、前記壁の長さの中に形成される少なくとも3つのローブと少なくとも3つの谷を含み、それぞれの谷が2つの前記ローブの間に置かれ、前記ローブが、前記第1の末端と前記壁との交差部分で丸みがつき、前記谷が前記第1の末端と前記壁との交差部分で丸みがつかない、触媒担体用の多孔質セラミック体。
- 前記末端の間の前記壁の中に配置される少なくとも1つの通路をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の多孔質セラミック体。
- 前記末端の間の前記壁の中に配置される少なくとも3つの通路をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の多孔質セラミック体。
- 前記壁が8個以下のローブを含む、請求項3に記載の多孔質セラミック体。
- 同数のローブおよび通路を含む、請求項4に記載の多孔質セラミック体。
- 少なくとも4個のローブかつ6個以下のローブを含む、請求項5に記載の多孔質セラミック体。
- 等しくない数のローブおよび通路を含む、請求項4に記載の多孔質セラミック体。
- 偶数個のローブおよび奇数個の通路を含む、請求項7に記載の多孔質セラミック体。
- 奇数個のローブおよび偶数個の通路を含む、請求項7に記載の多孔質セラミック体。
- 前記ローブが、前記第2の末端と前記壁との交差部分で丸みがつき、前記谷が前記第2の末端と前記壁との交差部分で丸みがつかない、請求項1に記載の多孔質セラミック体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの通路が非円形断面形状を有する、請求項2に記載の多孔質セラミック体。
- 前記非円形断面形状が、楕円形、長方形、および多角形からなる群から選択される、請求項11に記載の多孔質セラミック体。
- 各ローブが半径Rを有し、前記セラミック体全体の直径がDであり、DのRに対する比が3〜8の間であり、前記セラミック体の高さがHであり、HのDに対する比が0.5〜3の間である、請求項1に記載の多孔質セラミック体。
- 0.03m2/g〜10m2/gの間の表面積を有する、請求項1に記載の多孔質セラミック体。
- 0.5μmを超えるメジアン細孔直径を有し、細孔径分布であって、全細孔容積の少なくとも80%が0.1〜10μmの範囲内の直径を有する細孔中に含まれ、0.1〜10μmの範囲内の直径を有する前記細孔中に含まれる前記細孔容積の少なくとも80%が、0.3〜10μmの範囲内の直径を有する細孔中に含まれる細孔径分布を有する、請求項1に記載の多孔質セラミック体。
- 0.01〜100μmの細孔直径範囲内に少なくとも2つの対数微分細孔容積分布ピークを有し、前記ピークの少なくとも1つのピークは、水銀圧入によって測定される細孔径分布の0.01〜1.0μmの細孔直径範囲内に存在し、各ピークは、0.2cm3/g以上の対数微分細孔容積分布の最大値である、請求項1に記載の多孔質セラミック体。
- 二峰細孔径分布を有し、細孔の第1のモードは0.01m〜5μmの範囲の平均直径を有し、細孔の第2のモードは、5μm〜30μmの範囲の平均直径を有する、請求項1に記載の多孔質セラミック体。
- 1ミクロン未満の直径を有する細孔による細孔容積が0.20ml/g未満であり、直径が5ミクロンを超える細孔による細孔容積が0.20ml/g未満であり、直径1ミクロン〜直径5ミクロンの間の細孔による細孔容積が、全細孔容積の少なくとも40パーセントである、請求項1に記載の多孔質セラミック体。
- 請求項1に記載の多孔質セラミック体と、銀と、オレフィンのエポキシ化に有用な1種類以上の助触媒とを含む、触媒。
- 銀が、前記触媒の全重量の10〜30重量パーセントの範囲内の量で存在する、請求項19に記載の触媒。
- 1種類以上の助触媒成分が、希土類金属、マグネシウム、レニウム、およびアルカリ金属からなる群から選択される、請求項19に記載の触媒。
- 前記レニウム助触媒の量が、前記触媒の全重量に対して少なくとも1.25mmol/kgである、請求項21に記載の触媒。
- 硫黄、モリブデン、タングステン、およびクロムからなる群から選択されるレニウム共助触媒をさらに含み、前記アルカリ金属の少なくとも1つが、リチウム、カリウム、ルビジウム、およびセシウムからなる群から選択される、請求項22に記載の触媒。
